Happy I bought this
This arrived today, I am 71 and it was light and easy to use. sandpaper simple to fit. Done my stairs and banisters ready to paint. Really pleased with this great little tool, good value for money much cheaper than cordless and no hassle to plug it in. Happy I bought it

Sand's down a great tool (just mind the cord)!
This sander works well for small detail jobs and is really easy to use. It’s compact, making it great for getting into tight spaces, and I had no trouble finding replacement sanding pads. The performance is solid, especially for the price. The main downside is the cord - it sometimes gets in the way, which can be a bit frustrating. While it’s cheaper than a cordless option, it’s definitely not as convenient since you have to work around the wire. Overall, a great budget-friendly choice for DIY projects and detail sanding, as long as you don’t mind managing the cord!

Does what I need, no finger attachment though.
I managed to get this on a prime day lightning deal, ended up paying about £13 for it with free, next day delivery - brilliant. As many other reviewers have said, there is NO finger attachment. A nuisance, but at the reduced price, I wasn't concerned. Amazon need to change the product description of this though as it does state there is a finger attachment (or it did at the time of my purchase), it's also shown in the manual as being part of the box contents - so sort this out Amazon! There would be far fewer disappointed buyers with a little more clarity. I've used it now a few times and it's done a great job in sanding some of my solid wood furniture and tables. Due to it's small size, it will take longer to complete a larger project than for example a belt sander, sheet sander or other larger device. But it did a good job and I needed something I could easily control and would be gentle on some of my pieces. Fitted comfortably in my hand and without the vibration (there is some) and fatigue I have experienced with my large sander. The hoover attachment is pretty useless for me, my vacuum hose was too big, so no idea what kind of vacuum it's designed to fit. I found it just as easy to sand and use my little hand held vacuum to suck up the dust as I went, so there was little mess. At the price I paid, I am a happy customer.

Good sander
It came very quickly. Bad news is the dust bag was missing. Never mind I quickly adapted the bag I have on my orbital sander. Next I pulled out the sanding sheets which came as a package good quality sheets, but cannot believe. There are no vacuum hole in the sheets so what good is dust bag as there is no way that the dust will end up in the bag. What a bad engineering. Came on Back and Decker do you do any quality checks what you sell. But I will say that maybe I had a bad box of kit. I am happy to say job is done, and the Sander at the price done a very good job. Will recommend this sander for jobs around the house.

detail finger extension comes with bew200 model only , if you are buying bew230 , those accessories are not included. Just to give you an idea if you are purchasing this machine specifically for this part, go for bew 200 Rather than this the machine is cool and does the job.
