the dvr is light even after i put a hard drive in it not bulky and works very good the night vision and day vision is very clear arrived on time and all the parts were in the box

Update- my husband accidentally sliced one of the wires and it will not work after splicing it back together. So a month goes by and i decide to take the long wire down so i can replace it. Now nothing works!Does not come with hard drive. Picture is pretty clear in day time not so much at night but that could be due to position. I cant get them to hook up to phone app still need to troubleshoot. Theses cameras do what i need them to do show me outside my home without me looking out my home like a tweaker. Lol set up is pretty easy. Bad part is i have wires threw my house and the 2 cameras can only be so far from eachother so they are both in my front yard

System too loud to keep in any room you want to spen any time in. Unit emits a high pitched tone that won't stop until you unplug unit, then starts up again as soon as pluged back in. .... Annoying, and disturbing .... After the shipper attempted to make things right( offered me $5 discount) i DONTrecommend this company or product . When will this country stop importing crap from china?

Nothing; I'm not ganna keep this thing plugged in cause of the power pack get too hot and it sparks everytime you plug it in, I guess I'll just add the cameras to my Zosi dvr pluged it in sparked and it's no more. I believe you guy's should look into that.
