Fantastic for relieving foot discomfort
Once you get used to these in your shoes you don't want to be without them. I just changed out old inserts I had and replaced them with these new ones and my feet and back feel so much better. Don't give up on them as they feel a little uncomfortable at first but then you don't want to be without them.

Completely uncomfortable
I pushed myself to wear these teaching for a whole day. That is a whole day of comfort I cannot get back. I expected these to feel like Crocs. They felt much more sharp.
