I really like the white, slick design of this charger, but unfortunately I think I got a defective one. I noticed when charging my iPhone the charger becomes really really hot, thus making my phone hot. I emailed the seller right away asking if this is normal or if mine is defective, because I do like the design a lot and want to exchange for one that works properly. I got a reply back saying it shouldn't get hot, with a full refund... no option for exchange. So I guess I would give 5 stars for quick resolution/customer service, but sadly they didn't have any properly working chargers to offer me instead.

I really like the aesthetic of the white charging pad on my desk, and I'm surprised that there aren't more pads in white. But it is useless for charging AirPods. Somehow the coil is too big to connect both sides or something. Dropping my AirPods on the pad just gives me a flashing blue ring. Perhaps once every twenty times I find the sweet spot that let's it charge, but it is like finding a needle in a haystack, and certainly much easier to plug the AirPods in traditionally. I have three other charging pads and all charge my AirPods just fine.

I bought two if these charges. I also got two new high output charging blocks to maximize charging time.They worked well. There is a sweet spot on the phone that works best with the disk. I have found that t the charger never gets the phone to 100%. I don't know why. Typically it gets to 97 or 98 % only. Not a big deal but irksome. I would still buy another if I needed it. Way better than fumbling with a cord

I haven’t had any problems with it charging my phone yet. It’s handy to come in and just be able to sit your phone down on it and have it start charging without having to worry about plugging in a cord, especially in the dark. My only complaints are that you have to get it exactly level or your phone will slide right off, unless you’re case isn’t slick on the back. Also, I don’t believe it charges as quickly as claimed even with the recommended wall adapter since they don’t send one with it. It’s also been very durable so far, I’ve dropped it a few times and it’s been stepped on a few also with no signs of damage appearing anywhere.

The reason I got this charger is that it looks stylish and it certainly won't disappoint.Altough it is very thin,it does a good job and the rubber pad prevents it from slipping.It comes with the micro USB that comes with the box.I am very surprised that it is made of rose gold alloy material and looks very special.It works cool for my iPhone XR,and the soft glow for the edge breathing light changes slowly.The diameter of the base is wide enough that I don't have to worry about the phone slipping.A popular feature with my last charging pad,I am very happy with this white charger.

Update 10/13/19: Charger quit working after about 3 months. Traced the problem to the cord as the charger worked with another cord set up. Very disappointing. Will look for another brand.Original post: Should have bought one of these long ago for my iPhone. Very easy to use. Doesn't charge particularly quickly, but need to use an QC adapter.

This is not fast charging, it took all night to get to 75%. It got extremely hot and heated up my phone to the point of receiving a warning. I had to charge my phone in increments. I returned it,

I had a problem with the cable I was using initially and couldn't get a charge in a reasonable speed. When I changed cables it got much better. I do find it a little finicky in terms of where I place my phone on it, but a nudge gets it working.
