Laser beam is LOW quality POOR Customer service.
I got the tube very fast and installed upon arrival. Once I got all my mirrors adjusted when I went to engrave the image looked very blurry. I cleaned all the mirrors and same thing. I then put a piece of masking tape at the point at the tube fire and did a test fire. Instead of a tiny laser point it shot what almost what looks like a donut shape. I have tried multiple time to reach cloud laser about my issues and no one is contacting me back. I only have a few weeks left to return for refund. BUYER BEWARE the customer support is terrible, I will change my review if they contact me, but if I don’t Hear back soon I will request to receive a refund from Amazon and return the item and will order from another company.
