An expensive paperweight
It arrived on time as prime items usually do, and I was excited to finally have a card shuffler. My friends and I play lots of card games and have been needing one for months now. For the first few HOURS this shuffler was amazing. Everyone loved it and it gave you that sense of power when you press the button and your cards just shuffled themselves. After about four hours (Mind you its not like we were sitting on the button for 4 hours, we were actively playing games for those hours with lots of breaks in between) the shuffler just decided it didn't want to be a shuffler anymore. It refuses to release any cards into the holder that is supposed catch the cards. No matter how much we reposition the deck, lighten the deck, or flatten out the edges of the cards, the shuffler simply will not work. This is a poor product and I will be returning it as it is defective.

Broken
I ordered three (3) to give as gifts to my grandchildren who cannot shuffle cards to save their lives! I opened one box to see what the item looked like, and to see if it worked. As soon as I opened the box, I saw that the battery compartment was broken. I didn't bother to look any further. I am sending all three (3) back. The entire automatic shuffler is flimsy, so, I am not surprised to find at least one broken. But, it wasn't free, so, I expected the darn thing to last for a little while anyway. I am so disappointed!

So far, so good!
So far this shuffler works as advertised. It is much quieter than my old one and does a good job shuffling six decks at a time. It seems these shufflers, regardless of brand name, are probably made by one Chinese mfr.. That being said, I don’t expect it to last much longer than all the previous ones I have owned. These are definitely not a lifetime purchase!

Doesn't shuffle decks evenly
First, I wish I had known that this shuffler wasn't in stock. We waited a long tme for it to come from China. Secondly, we use a shuffler with three to five decks at a time. One side of this unit shuffles the cards faster by a wide margin over the other. I haven't been able to figure out why. All of the batteries are new, so both sides should work as fast. When this one stops working, we will look for a different brand.

This is a piece of junk
On the box in bold letters it says takes two CC batteries. It in fact takes 4 AA". It arrived with the tab of one battery compartment chipped off, so I had to tape it shut. When it runs, it sounds like a box of rocks in a dryer. At first usage the card tray fell of and broke, resulting in the thing running non-stop unless with propped something under it. After one Canasta games, I through it in the trash in the parking lot. I salvaged the four AA batteries, the only thing worth saving.

I received this item in a timely manner, but it was broken. Return process was easy. Hope to receive one undamaged. This is ongoing.

Cheap Piece Of Junk
Arrived broken and unusable.Very shoddy construction... cheap plastic, fragile, not worth your time.Don't do it!Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy!
