After a few months of almost daily use, it switched readout from Faahrenheit to Celsius and refuses to let me switch back. Is this feature a hint we should join the rest of the world and give up the remnants of our medieval thinking?

I can’t verify the accuracy of this thermometer since I don’t have another one for comparison. It arrived with an almost dead battery and from the looks of it it won’t be easy to replace. Also, there’s no cover for the part that goes in your mouth. I know I have to clean it before I use it but a cover or case would be nice.

Small thermometer purchased for COVID-19 precautions as Amazon was sold out of the usual brands. Does not include case for the tip so it is extra important to sanitize with alcohol wipes every time before use and after storage. It takes a minute to get a reading, but so far seems to work. I'm not feverish and it just read my temp as 97.

I got this thermometer to test the temp of the puppy formula after warming it up in the microwave. This is the only thermometer that was accurate, easy to use and held up for the entire feeding time.

UPDATE: 05/06/2020I am changing my review because after approximately 5 uses, this thermometer is DEAD! Not sure if it was shipped with a faulty battery or one that was dying?.. but it is now in the trash! It makes no sense to incur the cost of shipping it back, waiting for the seller/manufacturer to attempt to "fix" it, and either replace it or tell me to buy a new one. So I will purchase another one that is a different brand because this is similar to one I purchased at my local drug store, and that one lasted for YEARS.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I purchased this when I found out that my other digital thermometer had died.This arrived quickly and is fast, accurate and easy to use. This is something every household should have...especially now due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.A wise and necessary purchase!

Very disappointed. With the scare of the virus and needing a thermometer in the house I spent way too much money on this. It is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. If the scare and shortage of these wasn’t in effect, you could probably buy this one at the dollar store. That’s how it looks and feels. Have not tried it yet as I am sure it works but got forbid you drop it or get it too wet. They should only be selling for 5.00 to 10.00. Prettying sad how were taken advantage of.

Bought for Covid purposes (monitored my temp), but navigation was not user friendly. Difficult to press button. 3 months and about 20 uses later, battery died.

During a pandemic this is CRIMINAL!! If you love your family and yourself, don't trust this vital tool to provide accurate feedback! Plus they are taking advantage of a public that really needs these during this pandemic. Plus it took over a month to arrive.I bought it for my son & grandchildren but tested it first. Good thing I did. Snake oil vendor!Being an RN with 43 years experience I can tell you this worthless thermometer is UNreliable plus it doesn't BEEP! You will sit there almost 5 min and never know when it's peaked unless you keep checking and the temperature reading has stopped for a while.Good luck using this on little ones who have no patience to sit there and hold this in their mouths for 5 minutes! I've had it 30 min & am returning & getting the excessive charge of $29.99 back!

The thermometer seems to work fine, but the small box with the product was not sealed, which was a little concerning. Also, there were no instructions with it, but it does seem very easy to use.

It's a fine thermometer. Did arrive couple of weeks late but at least they let me know.

It’s good enough, but takes a while to read your temperature. Probably too long for children.

Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged nicely in sturdy cardboard box. Nicely written directions. Specifications are quick response, LED reading, beeper, automatic shut off. Can be used orally, auxiliary, and rectal. Plus it has a memory. The reading is accurate. I tested it multiple times. Cleaning instructions included. Limited warranty

Should have paid closer attention to picture. Expected to have a case for the amount of money this cost. Really got duped.

This medical thermometer is super easy to use. it's an advanced device. I was worried at first that the thermometer would make a noise after finishing the measurement which will disturb my baby. Because my baby doesn't love to be taken temperature.Then I found this upgraded thermometer is of user-friendly product!
