Charged the power bank up to full when it first arrived. Charged up my phone to full for the first time and now the battery indicator is stuck on 73 and won’t output no power anymore. Neither will the power bank charge up.

This product is perfect for anyone who is out and about throughout the whole day. It charges my phone fast. There are two USB out ports on the device which is handy, because at same time I can charge my phone and tablet or my partner phone. It's very comfortable and no need to use many cables at home or on the go. So far, I’ve managed to get a full charge out of it. The device looks good and is quite slim, so it fits well in my pocket when I’m out. An LCD digital screen shows how much charge you still have in it. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend to have it.

I wanted to buy a powerful power bank as we are going on holiday and need to have ready charged gadgets so we don't waste our time waiting for them to be charged.. This power bank is ideal as it is universal and we would be able to charge all our various branded gadgets. It is a good weight and is made of premium quality material. It also fits perfectly in your pocket or small bag. It has an LED display with how much percentage is indicating the remaining charge in the power bank which is very useful. There are two usb ports for output to charge your devices and the input micro usb port for charging the power bank, very easy.Once the power bank is fully charged which takes a few hours, it can then recharge 4 devices to their 100% capacity before running out of power. I highly recommend this power bank, especially if you are travelling for long distances.

At £19.99 it’s a bargain and I say that having bought battery packs before. It also comes with Amazon Prime delivery option which is great because you can get it next day. So if you need it for an event then you can order it short notice.I will just point out that this battery pack is heavy but with that being said that is a good thing. Especially when it comes to battery packs the heavier they are they tend to carry more power. It has two usb slots to charge two devices at a time and the battery comfortably lasts 2-3 charges before it needs charged itself. The good thing about this battery pack is that it has an lcd display which tells you what percentage the battery itself is on so you always know when it’s close to runnng out. I really like this feature a lot.I do a lot of mountain climbing and when I’m climbing I like to take lots of photos so this pack helps to keep my phone charged during all the photos and videos. You can also keep one at work hidden away.I like the design of it too it looks modern and as I’ve found out, everyone wants to borrow it. I always try to review based on price, quality and look and I’d give it top marks overall it really is a great product. Especially at £19.99 it is a bargain because I’ve had ones more expensive which were not as good. Brilliant

I bought this for camping as I wouldn't often have access to electrical power.Following the advice, I charged it fully, then discharged it completely (charging my phone) before recharging it and I've had no problems with it not working etc during several camping trips.My only disappointment is that, even using a genuine Samsung 2.1A charger, it takes up to 22 hours to go from empty to fully charged which can be a nuisance.Also, when it's down at low power levels it can say it has eg 5% left, but then switches off, so don't rely on having a bit of power left when it's below 10%.Apart from that, it's a very good item and worth the money.

For the first months it worked fine. I was able to charge up two phones twice each on one charge of the powerbank. However less than 12 months on it has stopped working. It seems stuck on 46 (%) and the display will not turn off even with the button. I can't charge any device with it as nothing happens when I plug them in. I have contacted the seller today so we'll see what happens. Doesn't seem to be an isolated case reading the other reviews. Great product when it was working but issues with reliability.

I bought this battery bank to ensure I had power with me all day especially during the summer, However, 4 months after purchase the power button became loose and didn't work anymore which was disappointed but not a deal-breaker as the battery bank still charge my phone fully just couldn't see the battery percentage for the bank. 2 Later the battery bank stopped working which was a disappointment. Overall for the short term, I would recommend but for the long term, search another brand.

This worked great for a few weeks. I took it on a motorhome weekend and used it to charge various mobile devices rather than use the motorhome battery and it performed flawlessly. 6 weeks down the line and it no longer outputs and power via either USB port despite the display showing 100%.Now too late to return via Amazon’s return window so we’ll see what the seller says. Supposedly a 24 month warranty.
