It's not loud or overbearing
The unit itself blows wonderfully and cools quickly. I have a big room with the high ceiling so when I put a fan in front of it it cools it down quickly. When the days are hot cuz we've been in the high nineties here it's a little slower cooling it down but when they're not as warm it keeps it comfy.

Great value
This window A/C unit is one of the best value purchases I've made. It performs well and the price was very competitive. The remote control was not something I considered when I made the purchase but now that I have it, I find it very convenient.
