TLDR: Perfect macros. Chocolatey, rich, MCT-powered deliciousness that spike your ketone levels. For sinfully good (but still ketogenic) dessert, crumble one up and sprinkle over a half-cup of rebel creamery ice cream.I follow strict carnivore keto most of the time, but when I break that for anything sweet, these bars are the only thing I turn to and have for months. They're leagues above any other keto dessert out there, be it cookies, fat bombs, or ice cream, and I've tried it all, not to mention they last forever and can travel without melting. The benefits are ridiculous-- E.G. instant focus (almost nootropic style) after eating one. These taste like you're cheating, but ironically, they have put me back in ketosis faster after genuinely cheating. Bonus points for the most delicious aftertaste of any 'bar' out there-- no weird cooling effect, etc.Can be used as a meal replacement, or just dessert, depending on your needs, I find that it's especially good when breaking a fast. Also aids digestion on a diet that's potentially lower fibre like mine, but definitely not overbearing in that department to the point of it being uncomfortable.Warning... Once you try these, no going back, no other keto bars measure up

The bars are good size for net 3 carbs. If you like chocolate, this has a good chocolate flavor. Not too bitter. It is a bit dense and will fill you up. Like all keto friendly snacks, they are kind of expensive.

I've always felt that "Keto Snacks" were the 'lesser cheat' snacks. Most of them happen to be high in protein and end up spiking my blood sugar, though not enough to knock me out of ketosis, but it's always a 'pause' in the weightloss progress.Enters KetoSource. The Net Carb count is low and the carbs themselves are very low Glycemic Index. Sugar Alcohols are used but there's no discernable 'cooling effect' to the palate like some products that are overloaded with them. Erythritol is the primary sugar alcohol, and the fact that it wont upset your stomach (excreted through urine) is a plus.The bar itself is more like a smooth dense brownie, and that's good thing, it has excellent mouth feel.The Fat content primes @ 17g, the Fiber @ 10g helps a lot, and the protein count is a reflection that a lot of thought was put into this product to truly make it ketogenic; my urinanalysis test is proof.Overall, I rank this rather unknown brand as my #1 goto Keto bar from now on.

The taste takes some getting used to. For the price though, it’s a good value as far as keto snacks go because it has MCT oil in it. However my first order had just expired, my second order had the same expiration date of 10-31-20, and had an off taste. One star for selling expired food, hopefully they can redeem themselves as they offer other products geared towards the keto lifestyle.

Oh my goodness, I tried so hard and bought two boxes because these bars sound like everything I want. They will last me forever, though, because I can't stand the flavor/texture. The first box I got was close to its expiration date so I figured my second box, which had a long time left, would be better. But -- ouch. I'm the kind of person who will eat what I don't enjoy if I think the result is important, but these are awful. I hope someone is able to make a keto bar that goes down easily, someday. These aren't there yet!

There are so many keto bar options to choose from on Amazon, so I thought I'd give these a try. I needed something to have at work for lunch while keeping me in ketosis. After consuming six bars over six days, I am impressed and will buy again. These work for me because: - The taste is much better than I expected. This is very subjective, but I enjoy the taste and texture. - It satisfies my lunch-time hunger (after fasting since dinner the night before). It holds me all afternoon. - After consumption, I tested my own ketosis later in the afternoon with urine strips and this keeps me in it.I will now order my second box of 12 bars @ 60 grams each: 17g fat / (5g protein + 3.1 net carbs) = 2:1 ketogenic ratio plus 11g fiber, which is excellent. While the price per bar is over $3, it actually saves me lunch money when consumed as a meal alternative.

The choc caramel bars are heavy and I thought too sweet. I only eat 2 bites a day out of it. It does take any chocolate craving away with just a bite or 2.

This Ketone bar is great. It is fudgy and chewy and slightly sweet. It has a great balance of fats and sweeteners that give you the chewy satisfaction you crave. It has a better mouth feel than the other bars I've tried like Good Fats and Quest, not so crumbly and dry with lots of good MCT oil in it. Net carbs are very low to keep me in ketosis. I will buy again because this takes the cravings away.

These are fantastic. I bought a whole box - took a chance - and they are great. They are like a chocolate fudge bar. Hard to believe they don't have sugar in them! Texture is great, flavour is great- I am really glad I found them. Perfect for a keto coffee break - I just ordered by second box. Everyone I have given one too is impressed as well. I have to say a very well done to the makers of these - great job.

They are nice, you get the taste of chocolate, the taste of caramel and a bit of saltiness on top of it. After eating half of one I can say my sweet tooth has been satisfied, it gets very very sweet once you eat more than half. It's also very very pricey, for 2 people sharing the 12 bars it gets a bit too much and to be fair that's the only reason I can't give it 5*. Other than that, they are gooey and have a fudge like texture, have a pleasant smell and are very fulfilling. If you eat one in the morning make sure you have some unsweetened lemonade or coffee with it to wash out the sweetness. Oh one more pro, I hate erythritol with a burning passion because it has such a weird after taste but with this I don't get that horrible aftertaste. It actually tastes like caramel and dark chocolate!!!For anyone that wants to buy, please first check if your body can digest erythritol, don't just leave bad reviews because you're more sensitive than other, it's unfair for the company as the ingredient list is clear as to what it contains. Just like I can't take certain sweeteners you find in the "sugar free" chocolates from supermarkets where I get an extremely upset stomach with cramps and the whole package, so I avoid these.I'll be ordering again in the future although I really hope the price will go down as they are quite expensive. I don't see it as a waste of money especially if you are alone, but for 2 people it gets a bit too much as we are looking for a meal replacement in morning.
