Q: Is this comparable with: winmau blade 5 dual core bristle dartboard

It is only the stand. I was surprised too.

Q: Is this stand built in America

Gran board is a Japan Company. I have a Gran Board 3s as well as the stand. Happy with both.

Q: Does this come with the bracket to attach to the dart board?

Yes the bracket is already attached. Contains clicks in the back as well to hold down the board to make it more sturdy. I still lean it against a wall with the legs since it does wobble on its' own.
