I love everything about this case!!
I see a lot of reviews that say the fingerprint reader doesn't work but I got it to work no problem. I unregistered my fingerprint from my phone. Then I turned my phone off, installed the phone case (including peeling the round plastic fingerprint circle from the inside of the case!) I made sure the phone case was securely tight against the screen, especially where the fingerprint goes! I turned my phone back on and just added my fingerprint back to my phone and TADA! It works great. I do not have any problem using my fingerprint function. I also made sure to do the waterproof test before installing the case and it was successful. I love this case! It fits nice, I love the color (I chose purple) I love the fact that you can see the color of the back of my S 10 plus because it's so pretty! I use my phone in the shower and I clean houses so my phone gets wet very often and the waterproof feature seems to be working great! The feel of the back of the case is really nice in the hand although I did add a phone holder because I drop my phone legit several times a day so I needed extra protection against that lol this case has survived multiple drops so far.Great case all around, seals tight, super nice feel and look, fingerprint reader works great, makes my phone look more streamlined without adding a whole lot of bulk, and it is really pretty, seems waterproof (haven't swam with it yet though) am in love with this case all across the board!!!EDIT: I have since been swimming in a pool with this case on my phone. I believe it was about four feet deep and I sunk almost to the bottom several times and the phone stayed completely dry. Although I tried to take a picture while underwater and for some reason it did not work. I will try again soon and see if I'm doing something wrong and update again but I wanted to let you all know that this case completely kept my phone dry!!

A Few Flaws, but Overall Sturdy, Attractive Case
I just got this case, so I can't speak to it's durability yet, but it does seem like a sturdy, protective case. The fingerprint scanner does work, but is very finicky and I can rarely unlock my phone on the first try (this is after re-registering my fingerprint with the case on, of course). I don't use the fingerprint feature regularly, so this is a non-issue for me, but if you use it often this case might not work well for you. The case itself is pretty heavy-duty without looking ridiculous. The color choices help it look more feminine, which I like. The optional wrist strap is pretty neat also. The case does add a bit of bulk to an already large phone, so I recommend adding a Popsocket or similar holder accessory. However, the sides are easy to grip, so even without an added accessory I don't feel like I'll drop it. Overall, for the price I don't think you can beat this case!

Bummed
After trying for 30 minutes to get it to read my fingerprints, it NEVER did. Not once. Not in log on to the phone, nor any apps like banking, or others. I think this is a poor design on Samsung's side because the Galaxy 7 button worked perfect. I tried tempered glass before this case and it couldn't read my fingerprints either. And no, there wasn't tempered glass on there phone when I tried this case. I hoped this would be the solution, but it didn't work for me.

Fingerprint won't work
The case is good itself, but I got it thinking the fingerprint would work. That's the easiest thing n safest way to secure your phone. I have lot of fingerprint apps on my phone but now they not working.

Really study the fingerprint reader cover.
Fingerprint sensor cover instructions were vague and confusing, resulting in an inability to use my fingerprint reader. Otherwise, I am pleased with the case.

Fingerprint access does not work!
Fingerprint reader doesnt work. The case is sturdy and looks great but the functionality is crap. In addition to it not reading fingerprints when you take a phone call even with the volume up you cant hear. Using speakerphone is the only way to hear and if I wanted everyone around me to hear my calls that would be fine, however I value my privacy so this case isn't for me.

Returning/fingerprint reader doesn't work
Only major disappointed is that the fingerprint reader does not work. I'm absolutely sure about this as I have purchased 3 cases and none of the readers work! Kinda makes the case unusable when use the fingerprint method for locking and unlocking your phone and apps!
