Have used this for several trips now. Carries a couple of weeks worth of meds + supplies. The freezer packs freeze up pretty quick in a freezer - just a couple of hours or less. The case itself is strong enough to roll around in a pretty full backpack without losing its shape or integrity.

Very durable, good room for pens, worked well. I will note that the hardshell case seems very protective, but do allow space in luggage for it. I do wish the freezer packs lasted longer.

Bought this to carry my insulin pens in. Looked great when I got it, altho abit bulky. I noticed one day, a couple months later, that there was no longer any gel in the cold packs (vanished into thin air, no sign of loss) AND they do not stay cold. I lost several insulin pens to heat which was alot of money AND a hazard as I was without my much needed insulin!Contacted this company and was told they dont sell the ice packs to replace and would only give me 10% off toward another one. Why would I buy another FAULTY product!? Do not recommend this product - faulty and not reliable.

This is an excellent case to carry insulin in during elevated temperatures and small enough to carry hiking etc.

By the time you grab it at home get to the airport early and fly.. it is already at its coldest. So great for short flights, but if you have any layovers to amount to any thing the packs and meds are no longer cold. Not happy about this one.

I have to take medication before eating, and this case makes it easy to keep my medication cold when going out to restaurants. The thermometer in the case is handy--gives me peace of mind that my medication is not compromised due to temperature changes.

Bought this for my husband to take his diabetes shots that needed refrigerated. He said it was great for travel.

I found this item disappointing and NOT rising up to what and how it was advertised.1. I found the case to be heavily condensated on the OUTSIDE, when the two freezer bags were used inside. There were no water condensation on the inside. This appears to be that the material used was not holding up enough on the inside.2. I found the temperature display mounted upside down, and NOT really usable. It would NOT register any reading other than 64 F , even when freezer bags were freshly used.3. I found the case twisting and generally out of shape, when the bags and insulin pens were zipped on the inside. I was able to squeeze in about 4 maybe 5, pen needles (which is standard usage for ONE day).4. I was able to fit a few gauze pads and alcohol swabs, enough for the above usage. Anything over this amount and the case is not going to close.I found that using two Insulin pens (such as Humalog and Lantus) was going to be difficult to close the case.

I bought this to take diabetic bits including extra insulin in holiday. Once ice packs were in there was really no room for much else. Also it didn’t stay very cold and condensation formed on outside. Not the best for the job

Liked that it had a hard cover to keep the vials etc safe and is still relatively compact so won’t take up much room in bag, case etc, has a temp gauge inside and two gel pouches to keep temp down in heat, enough space to keep everything u need on a daily basis

No aguanto una hora fría, la insulina es delicada.
