Favorite knife ever
In my 50 years and multiple expensive chef knives I've had including the high-end German ones, this is my favorite knife by far, especially for the price. It's thin, but I like that. Super duper sharp out of the package.

The People's Chef Knife.
I went on vacation and the Air BNB had a Wusthof knife. As a cook on vacation, I was pretty excited. Until I found out how dull it was. It couldn't cut a cucumber, it bounced off the pit of an avocado, it didn't break skin on my thumb when it bounced off the avocado. A nearly $200 butter knife. As soon as I got home, I ordered this knife. Something you'd find at a street vendor's stall anywhere in the world. Inexpensive and sharp. Quick fine cuts. Beautiful brunoises. A first knife. A last knife. Loan it away, give it away, drop it chip it. Sharpens fast or another inexpensive one can be on the way.

I love these enough to use professionally
These are such good knives, they keep a super sharp edge and they’re perfectly lightweight. These are my go to knife for sushi rolls in a professional setting. I even got them for the employees I manage, but I still don’t let them use mine haha

Hibachi chef approved.
Sharpest knife you can buy. If you look at it wrong you'll start bleeding. I recommend this knife to all my customers and they all love it. Kiwi knives take the opposite approach to knives, soft steel, light weight, easy to sharpen if it loses its edge. When it no longer gets sharp with a couple of strokes on a honing steel then toss it and get a new one, so cheap I always have a backup waiting.

Really Good Knife For the Money!
I'm not a chef, just an average cook. I have a couple of really expensive knives but a Reddit thread talked about this one and I wanted one I would not have to baby. This knife is light and super sharp (I've sharpened it a couple of times.) I'm pleased. I will buy another one .The price point is unbeatable.

The best knife so far
The best knife I was able to find in a long time - only 1.1mm thick - better than my old Pilot Japanese knife of 1.4mm thinness.

Great so far!
Very impressive quality for the price! Can’t speak on longevity just yet, but i’m loving it so far. Surprisingly thing blade— good for slicing, while still being strong enough to chop well.

Knife arrived quickly in good condition! Kiwi knives are the best - I’ve had many different knives over the years and these are the easiest to use, they’re light weight, fit nicely in my hand and sharpen beautifully !

Incredibly sharp knife at an extremely low price. I don't know how it will take to resharpening, as some blade shapes are very hard to resharpen without the right equipment, but works very well for now. Edge has continued to hold after a few weeks' use thus far.
