I use spf;however, I wanted something I can use while driving or even go somewhere real quick during the summer to protect against UV rays. We don’t think much about this depending how you grew up, but you really only have one skin. Take care of it!

Come with a little bag to save them.

The top of the sleeve isn't tight enough to stay up. It is very snug in the forearm and fits the hand very well. However, there is no elastic or anything at the top to help prevent it from falling down. If all you plan to do is walk, or any other activity where you don't use the arms, they may stay up, but for me it doesn't. I bought them to play golf and after about 4-5 swings I am pulling them back up again. Thus, I am returning.

I work/live/golf in the Qatar (Middle East), and also have dysplastic nevus. These sleeves are a great solution. Way better than sun exposure, and now don't have to use so much sunscreen on myself when I golf.

This is my second pair of sleeves. I work for USPS in SoCal and this sleeves come in handy all year long.

I really am happy with my purchase. These sleeves are comfortable, cool to the skin and easy to put on and take off. I'm 6'-1" and these fit me well. After too many trips to the dermatologist for sun-related damage to my hands and forearms, these are exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.
