So initially this bed was great, we got it in February and our dog has now managed to chew the zip part off and take out the stuffing. She does find it very comfortable though. She's quite a strong dog though Akita/ staff not sure we will ever find a chew proof bed.

Great product especially for the bottom of my 42”cage. It lines it perfectly as there are some slightly sharp edges which you get with pretty much all the cages. So easy to spray with cleaner and drys really quickly next to the radiator which is what u need when u have a new puppy. Completely waterproof. Only thing is (not a product fault) she chewed through the zip after a few nights so won’t zip up now but just tuck it under. But I have ordered another one as it’s such a practical bed.

Time will be the real test of this seemingly excellent dog bed so I can't accurately rate the 'chew proof' feature yet- so far the dog likes it so it is obviously comfortable and he hasn't yet decided to try to chew it, relocate it or drag it round the house-so maybe it will prove be the answer to his annoying habit!

The bed was much thinner than I expected but is completely water proof.

It’s definitely not chew proof as the dogs have ripped the zip end to shreds in a week, the bed is a good size and fits our large cage nicely but it is a bit on the thin side so have had to put it on top of another bed for comfort

This has been fantastic for our large German sheppard. Been washed a million times and still going strong. I’ve certainly got my money’s worth. Would buy any other dog bed now.So friggin practical, if I can Chuck it in the washing machine it’s a winner for me and I can and do weekly sometimes more often if he’s been sick. Hose worst off and stick it through a cycle. Dries quickly too !!!
