Great customer service
Great customer service. The shoes are a slightly wide fit to my narrow feet and the seller gave me 2 options:-1. Return it to them for a full refund but they are not based in the uk so this will take a while;2. I keep the shoes and receive a 50% refundI agreed to the second one and received the immediate partial refund. The shoes themselves are a lovely pink satin although the satin doesn’t look as ‘real’ as other satin ballet shoes I own. I am usually a size 7 and although the size 8 fit me perfectly length wise they are slightly wide around the toes.

One of my favourite purchases. This is the first pair of ballet pumps I have ordered and I was not disappointed. The quality exceeded my expectation and value for money. My daughter enjoys wearing them and says they are comfortable and even after several wears can see they will be long lasting. Very pleased. Highly recommend for any little ballerina just starting lessons or as a dress up item.

Lovely but too much plastic packaging!
My 6yr loves this!! Great fit. Too much plastic packaging is my bug bear though!! Think environmentally please when packaging items.
