Cool but Not Practical
These Atomic Bear accessories are cool, but not very practical. I'm obsessed with creating the perfect EDC (every day carry) kit, and this has potential, but fails on the practicality front.The kit contains a knife, fire starter and whistle. Each are functional and appear to be well built. But the Atomic Bear can only take one attachment at a time, so you're stuck deciding where to store these (in which case you'll never use them) or how to take them along (which is a major hassle).Combined with an Atomic Bear pen, they're a cute and cool little set of tools. But I'm guessing you'll pick your favorite and never use any of the others.

EFFECTIVE, BUT; WOW, THEY'RE TINY
NO, this is not the beginning of a negative review. Because it is Atomic Bear, I am confident of the quality; however, no description picture can prepare you for how small the knife, whistle and fire starter are. ( though, they can't be much larger if one expects them to fit in a 2 in. tube.) They seat well and I'm sure will be fine. The pen is aesthetically pleasing and am glad it looks more like a pen than a kabuton. I'm am also grateful Atomic Bear had the presence of mind to put a paper buffer to separate the batteries from the light.

They work on other pens
I got a Pro-4 Tacticle pen for Christmas. I love it, has a flashlight and everything. Problem is that the knife head that comes with it literally just failed when I tried to cut a wrapper off something. Very poorly made. So I cannot get replacement parts for either of my tactical pens. Pro-4 tactical has garbage customer service and their website is broken.What I am trying to say is these parts fit my tactical pen, even though it’s not Atomic BEAR. Next time I’m buying one of their pens.

Good Knife
I bought this for the knife. It's thicker than I expected and got shaving sharp. It's a little on the soft side so it might not have the best edge retention, but I don't expect anyone to use this knife seriously.

Sweet add on. On board storage would be nice
Fantastic little addition to the pen. What would be awesome is if there was a way to integrate some additional storage into the main unit so there was less things to be carried, and potentially misplaced.

Good value
The only thing I wish was different was too be able to screw the pen call into the other end when using the pen. Otherwise, great too! Have enjoyed using it. Writes well, comfortable to hold. Flashlight brighter than expected.
