I wasn't convinced the steam would cut through creases but it really does. Light tops become creaseless in 30 seconds or so. It's an enjoyable task now and I have no patience for ironing. For creases and maybe heavy jeans use the iron but this has covered most things in my wardrobe. Love it. Large water tank ensures you get lots of steaming time. Trouser clip hanger a pit flimsy so I don't use it, i just hang a wooden coat hanger from the top. It's not cheap but it's very much worth it.

After my branded one stopped working after 8 months of use, I went for this instead which was slightly cheaper. It works as intended and much quicker than an iron. Compared to the branded one this has more accessories but less steam options (only 2).All clothes steamers leak a couple drips of water every now and then but I didn't expect anything better.Even though it has wheels I wouldn't take it around with me everywhere.The slight downside is the quality of the printing onto the unit. Some of the warning messages are slightly smeared, it seems that the product was handled before the ink dried. User manual was B&W so slightly hard to see the images.Overall a nice product that does what's it's supposed too

Unfortunately, this was boxed up for a while before using otherwise I would have sent it back. The base leaks, the hanger section collapses and the lead is too short to move far from the plug. Complete waste of money, I have no idea where the good reviews came from. Feel very let down :(

Was disappointed that I had searched for a garment cleaner for heavy curtains and this product did not disclose in its description that it could not be used on certain fabrics. Having said that the product itself is easy to assemble and use at a very reasonable cost and would recommend it for first time users of a garment cleaner. Maybe my search wasn’t specific enough but the advertisement of the product should include statements made within its user manual to provide purchasers to make an informed decision.

Great product, easy setup, love it. Despite the hanger collapsing. but I just hung clothes on own hanger and hung from the steamer head holder, and this solved the problem. But great for the price. Nice and compact, easy to store away.

the steam output was great and continuous and did light clothes quickly.However the actual base was very unstable even when filled with water,it toppled towards me a few times when i did jeans or dresses.Also the hanger is very flimsy and keeps collapsing.also with tops and things that dont button up,you have to pull them up over the stand and head after you have freshly steamed them.

Works well. Heats quickly. Instructions aren’t great I learnt more from a previous buyers video. Use the attachment brush for all clothes (seems weird but works!). Great for T-shirt’s light weight cotton dresses, shirts etc - Top tip, pre hang garments and it speeds up the steaming process - there’s a clip bar which is not mentioned in the instructions which you can clip high up on the garment pole and then hang trousers from it OR attach lower down on the pole and when you are steaming a shirt you can clip the bottom of the garment to hold it in place. There’s a clothes hook so if you steamed a T-shirt you can steam one side and then turn your garment over to do the other side OR if you’ve put a shirt on the hanger that the steamer comes with you can spin the hanger to then enable you to steam the back of the item.... Great if you don’t want to put an ironing board up but I’ll still need my ironing board for duvets, pillow cases etc. I did use on a duvet that had been put on a bed and it worked ok too!

This arrived this morning before due date. Very happy with the quick delivery. I set it up which was very easily done. And tested out a shirt on it. Have to say I was impressed. I hate having to take out the ironing board etc it’s such a chore. This is very handy. You plug it it turn on and it’s ready to go in less than a minute. The iron is going into storage now 😂
