I tried many fountains for my two cats, but maximum time disappointed with those products. So far this cat fountain is very much comfortable for my cats and also it's noise free that's why i don't feel any kind of disturbed from this. Very much recommended.

Nice and simple water fountain, easy to clean and the water flow is adjustable. Supplied with EU type plug but a suitable adapter is included. All in all a great purchase.

It’s a good fountain. It works and I can plug it into a powerbank as I don’t have plugs in the part of the kitchen where I feed my cat.BUT there is no LED light as shown in the photo!!! I don’t think it’s fair to advertise something and then send a different model without the features advertised!Update: A large capacity powerbank only powers this fountain for about 24-hours. It doesn't work like it said it would.

This fountain is great! We rescued a litter of abandoned kittens and one of them has a neurological problem so her coordination and balance is off. She was struggling to drink from a water bowl and she was very difficult to syringe feed water, we've had issues with her dehydrating so I thought this might be better for her. Since we got this she has been able to drink easily on her own, she seems to really like it. She drinks from it all the time and she hasn't been dehydrated since! The other kittens like to play with the water as well and drink from it. I highly recommend these to any cat owners.

This is one of the easiest I have bought. Easy to put together and the pets seem good with it. There's no light on it but it has a very good stainless steel plate which works well. Bit misleading on the light. Seems their using one description for all products. Not bothered as lights go quickly and have to replace the whole pump. Tip if you can't read the instructions the yellow middle screws out.

The story: one of my cats loved drinking from the bath tap. Only. Then the bathroom was changed into bedroom and he stopped drinking but I didn't notice. After a while he started having wee and poo problems so after some reasearch and thinking what's wrong, I discovered the problem. Gary is not drinking!I bought this water fountain hoping for the best. And it is working, Gary and 2 other cats love it, no belly and dehydration problems. The fountain works perfectly, quietly and I bought more filters different brands (they match). Happy days.

I like this product just a shame my 2 cats are not so keen, one refuses to use it at all and the other has drunk from it 3 times to my knowledge. It took 3 weeks for her to try it out. I am leaving it running as I like the sound of trickling water and who knows, the other cat may decide it's ok after all !

Cats loved the product. Suddenly stopped working this morning. Had it out and cleaned the pump again just in case but no luck. However the company responded immediately to my email and had a replacement delivered within 48 hours.That’s how it should be done
