but. ive gotten used to it, so im weaning off of them to see if getting back on will help with weightloss. I'm 5'2 132 lbs, trying to loose 10 lbs, I exercise 3 times a week. Currently, I am using replacement shakes and coconut oil in the coffee, trying to cut carbs out. so hopefully soon that scale budges.

I took two sets of these and for the price wasn't too satisfied. Didn't see any difference in it targeting fat areas. I'm not fat by any means but gained a little pouch when I got into my mid 20s. I was told this is a good product that would target that. I was told WRONG. I workout at least 3-4 times a week and do cardio. I also don't eat that bad. I guess different supplements work for different people...

I have been using these for about 1yr. I find that it does work but you have to put in some work. Eating healthy & exercising will do wonders with BioRhythm Olio
