Take when not in a flare-up.
This probiotic is the best for people who suffer from diverticulitis. My husband has improved a lot since he started taking it, and he can go to the bathroom easily without straining.

Tea is in my opinion a great help with a diverticulitis flare up!
If you are struggling with diverticulitis and/or diverticulosis, just get this tea and try it. Anyone struggling with this issue knows how hard it is to come back after a flare up. I swear tea (including this one) really helped me recover. I think it is a bit pricey, but that's ok, I'll get the one without the supplement/pills next time. I like that everything is sugar free and that there is a with caffeine and without caffeine option.
