I love this coffee warmer! I received it as a Christmas gift and I love it! It keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours. I brewed a cup over two hours ago and it’s still as hot as when it came out of my machine. This little gadget is perfect to keep on my desk for when I’m working. It keeps my coffee nice and hot so that I can drink it when I have the time, without worrying that it will get cold. I’d highly recommend!

It purports to keep beverage at 131F/55C and it appears to do that but I have no way to measure the actual temperature. It is convenient, attractive, a brilliant idea, but lets us down with no temperature adjustment and what it supplies is not hot enough for our sipping pleasure. We use the cup that comes with it and we will toy with other cups to see if any result in higher temperature. It probably needs flat-bottom mugs (like the standard one. Glad we bought it.

I’m a slow coffee drinker so I got this to avoid having to drink like half a cup of cold coffee. Works pretty well, especially for that last 1/4-1/2 of the mug. It gets a bit too hot at the very end and tastes burnt if you don’t take it off some. Where this really excels though is with apple cider (which I make regularly in the cold months). There’s no burning that, it just tastes better the more it cooks. Absolute game changer for that. I ended up getting four to use when friends come over.

I'm so happy with my purchase! I especially love that it automatically shuts on and on when you set down your mug or take it off. I also like the mug that came with it but it still works with all of my own mugs.

Very simple to use. Would make an excellent gift to someone! However I wish there were temperature settings changes. But it doesn't matter because it makes my drink hot enough!

Worked great when I first got it, kept my coffee/tea nice and hot as when I first poured it. The way it functions is a pressure switch under the unit, just under the light - which is how you know it's on or off. I hadn't used the warmer for about a month or so since it was hot where I live and I was drinking more cold drinks than hot, but alas it is cold again and I busted this thing out because I'm tired of my coffee turning ice cold before I can finish it. When I first put my coffee on the warmer it started making a faint slightly burnt smell which I thought was because I hadn't used it in a while - similar to when you first turn the heater on in a house after not using it for a while- but then it made a crack sound (you can see where it split on the pictures) which i had brushed off as the click from the switch, and at some point this oily stuff started to seep out of where the upper plastic ring meets the grey base. I didn't really notice at first because it was off to the side while I was typing at my computer for about 10-15 minutes, but the smell was getting worse and when I picked up my ceramic mug (yes, it was flat-bottomed and about halfway full) it was very hot , not only to the touch but the coffee was hotter than when I poured it. I pulled the plug immediately and thats when I realized it was oozing oil and the god-awful burning smell was stronger when I picked it up and put it down on the tile floor (my desk is wood and this thing was hot as hell so i put it in the middle of the tile floor to cool down, not brilliant but it worked). The whole thing was unusually hot, the whole thing has never heated up like this before , it's usually just the top part that says "caution HOT" I'm not taking any chances and cut the cord so now the whole thing is in the bin. There are no scorch marks anywhere, the plug looks fine. There's just a crack in the upper plastic ring which happened after I put my mug on, and some slight separation between the upper ring and the base - which I assume is because of the crack.

This cup and warmer is Awesome! It stays on as long as your cup is on the warmer. It goes off when you lift your cup and drink and then back on when you put your cup down! My coffee stays hot and enjoyable to drink no matter how slow I sip it. The mug itself is perfect size and the handle is also perfect size for my husband and myself. This coffee mug is durable ceramic, It is worth the purchase. It is simple to use and safe as long as you take your cup off when finished. Get it…you won’t be sorry.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas but when it came it has a US plug so I bought an adapter. The voltage of the device is lower than UK sockets so upon first use it exploded and could have caused a fire. This product should come with a suitable UK adapter or should not be sold in the UK

What a total rip-off. We spent over $100 on this items and the moment we plugged it in and it heated up (10 minutes ago), our noses were hit with the putrid smell of burning plastic. There is no plastic back or sticker on the device... something is clearly wrong with this thing. We will not use it again, and we will try to get our money back. What a complete disappointment and what a poorly made device.
