 I got these for my daughter who tends to be a little nervous and fidgety. Squishing these around in the hand is quite appealing. And much quieter than a fidget cube. The magnets are very strong so they aren’t going to fly all over the place. Plus it’s really cool to try and stretch them out/shape them, in addition to just squishing them. I sort of want to keep them for myself, so I’ll probably end up ordering another set (2 if my son gets wind of these).

I admit I wasn’t sure what these were because my sons (9 and 12) requested them. We’ve had magnetix before so I didn’t know why they wanted these so bad but now I know! These are really tiny balls and have a high magnetic force. It’s really like a sensory/fulfilling/stimulating toy, the way you can mold, squish, and fidget with them in your fingers. But my kids love building little things with them. Quite creative little fun activity. Just be cautious as they are very small! Came in a nice little tin storage box. Vibrant colors. Unique gift!

First, a disclaimer...This is not a toy made for children. The magnetic balls can be very dangerous if swallowed.These remind me of the old Buckyballs that used to be sold on ThinkGeek. They are neodymium magnets that can be molded into various shapes. I like that this set comes as multi-color set. There are instructions on the internet on how to make different shapes, which is cool. You can also find instructions on how to mold it back into the original cube shape. Sometimes I use them like a stress ball - put a bunch in my hand and squeeze and fidget. They seem to be of good quailty, though I wouldn’t be surprised if the paint chipped off after a while. Even the originals did that. Cool desk toy.

We purchased these 5mm balls because we read the 2.5 were too small but these are still very small. However, my son really enjoys playing with them. They come in a small metal case that has nice padding inside so the balls do not bang around inside. The balls are very magnetic and stay together very well. They keepMy busy 10 year old occupied while in the car. He will enjoy playing with these.

Playing with these magnets is addicting. I now have the plain silver ones at my office and now these colored ones at home so I have something to fiddle with. The colored ones are just as strong of magnets as as the no colored ones. My husband likes to sort these out by color groups, just another way to play with the little balls.

Love the colors and portability of this product! It is super fun to play with, relaxing and works well to calm my fidgety kids during lessons, church and car rides. It was smaller than expected but fits in their coat pockets and backpacks making it easy to take with us. Highly recommend as a sensory tool as well.

These magnet balls are a lot of fun to play with and make different shapes/sculptures. I'd previously gotten plain silver, but these are a lot more fun since they have colors. They came packaged in a nice little tin + foam stabilizer. They'd make a great small gift (stocking stuffer at christmas for sure!).

I've seen these magnets around and heard how great they were, but hadn't tried them until this purchase. These magnets are very strong and hold well in any shape. A great fidget gadget for focus or just to use for fun. I will have to get more sets now for the kids so they will let me use this one!
