I love these for my sensitive stomach. They work better than anything I have ever tried. I have been using them for about 5 years now and I am never disappointed at their effectiveness. They really do help with digestion, gas and bloating. They are helpful with lactose intolerance too, but I don’t push my luck.

I take digestive enzymes, oregano, ginger, berberine, lemon balm, and psyllium husk fiber powder daily and my Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) has been in remission for months now, without having to be on a low-FODMAP diet. So happy to be free of bloating and pain while eating unrestricted!

This digestive complex along with a Solgar advanced 40+ acidophilus cleared my dog's recurring skin outbreaks when nothing else would help. For a 12-pound dog, it took about 3-4 weeks using about a quarter of a capsule once a day for everything to clear up. I kept him on both supplements for a few months for good measure and now no longer have to give these and his skin has remained clear. Will use again if the skin issue recurs, but so far so good!

I was having issues with bloating and pale stools (sorry if too graphic) because my pancreas isn't producing enough enzymes. I used to drink hard alcohol and stopped 2 years ago. After healthy eating for about 6 months and minimal sugar intake my symptoms still persisted. I tried these and noticed my bloating stopped within' 2 days. My stools looking normal after 3-4 days. My energy is going up and I believe because these enzymes are helping with nutrient uptake. Feeling less tired and much less discomfort after eating food and my muscles feel more relaxed. Hopefully I don't have to rely on these enzyme supplements forever. But even if I do at least I have something to help with discomfort with digestion. I will probably buy these again, ingredients seem good quality. The only thing I can say negative about these are, it has a strong cumin and fennel smell when opening the jar, it doesn't really bother me. I kind of like the smell of cumin. But if it's effective, that's what matters.

Well made digestive complex. I like the fact it does not contain HCL like other digestive enyzmes. I have to take long-term omeprazole to heal an erosion and gastritis, and when I take omeprazole my stomach gets really upset due to the lack of digestion. But since taking these I have really started to feel better after meals. I take one of these about a few bites into a meal and I find it helps get rid of that "brick in my stomach" feeling, and I can lay down later at night. I'm impressed with this balance of enzymes as well. It has a nice modest blend that isn't too overpowering, and really again I'm glad there is no betaine hcl because my stomach would not be able to handle that at all. I'm in pharmacy school, and we've never talked about using this for patients with indigestion, or while on Zantac/Pepcid, or Prilosec/Nexium acid suppressors for some reason. It would really help improve the side effects people suffer from while on those meds. I know for me, while I heal, taking Renew Life probiotics and digestive enzymes, with my omeprazole has helped me greatly.

I use these regularly when I have a high protein meal or a large meal. I have reordered a number of times. I think they prevent my stomach from feeling upset and bloated. Home
