The steamer is working pretty well, so far I’ve used it at least 3 times, both hot and cold steam features. Easy to set up, make sure to use tap water, not a distilled one as other steamers often require... which is nice. It’s a perfect hight too, stable and looks very professional , easy to use. The only thing I got confused on was the “light” switch, it’s actually an ozone that’s inside the canister for hot steam.Definitely recommend this product.

The hot steam works great but the cold steam doesn’t barley any comes out. The machine needs to be elevated more the side of the steam pipe in order to function properly it’s a poor design error and needs to be fixed!

I actually have yet to use my facial steamer. But I do know that when I click the buttons for the cold steam and the light nothing happens..update:12-18-19; I now know how to use the cold & hot function on the steamer and they both work perfectly. I love it!

People this people in wizzery lie they say 1 warranted and is not true I bought a stramer machine since i open my new place i was ordering some stuff with time I bought this crap machine in November and i open the box like 2 months ago and i use the machine like 9 time couse am a barber so not everyone get facial and the machine dont work no more I contact wizzery and they are giving me the run around couse theyvdont want to replace the machine please people dont buy nothing from wizzery look at the pictures i post the letters in the machine still intact I barely use it

This facial streamer is great very easy to assemble works good

I like the way this facial steamer looks but it only lasted me for one year. I turned it on and it did an electric spark, turned it off for a few days but when I went back and turned it on again another electric spark. Hot steamer no longer works. Cold steamer still works but no use for it, had to buy a new one.

I’m in esthetics school and needed a cold and hot steamer option. I have had mine now for a moth a it works great! I’m so glad I made this purchase.
