ThrottleX Batteries - ADT14B-4 - AGM Replacement Power Sport Battery

I had to store my bike for an extended period and as a result the battery I had died. I purchased this battery as a replacement for my 2006 Yamaha 1100 V-Star Silverado Classic based on the description and the reviews. The description says it comes fully charged but I slapped it on my battery tender anyway just to make sure. 5 minutes later the green light came on indicating a full charge so the description was accurate which was a positive from my viewpoint. Then when I went to install it fit perfectly in the battery compartment. After attaching the battery cables and tightening everything down my bike started right up just like expected. This comes with a 12 month free replacement warranty if it fails. Based on what I have seen and experienced so far I do not expect to take advantage of that warranty.There is only one negative and it is very minor and certainly not worth deducting a star on the rating for and that is that the bolts and nuts are odd sizes in comparison to prior batteries. They are slightly smaller and the nuts are more rectangle than square. The battery comes with as set of these odd sized nuts/bolts so it is not a big deal...unless you happen to lose one. Just be careful and do not lose a nut or a bolt. :-)Strongly recommend this battery if you need a replacement and it fits meets your bike's specs.

I bought this Throttle X ADT14B-4 battery back in 02/01/15 to go in a Road Star Warrior and it fit and has worked with no issues since then... been almost 4 yrs and still cranks every time. Never been on a trickle charger and kept outside. I ride it 2-3 times a month even thru the winter. Just bought a used 09 Raider and the original battery died this weekend. It uses same size battery as the Warrior. It was a no-brainer to get another Throttle X to put in it also. It has 215 CCA and at $60 is 1/2 to 1/3 the price of other batteries I have bought and lasts as long or longer. It's a good product in my opinion.

Battery fit fine in my FJR1300, worked for 5 weeks, then all of a sudden it wouldn't crank anymore and won't take a charge. Completely dead and past the Amazon return date. Manufacturer warranty requires me to pay for shipping to have the decide if it's covered under warranty or not. I suspect the shipping costs will be about the same as the purchase price, so thanks for that.

Good fit they're multiple options out there for my motorcycle and this is the OEM size and rating. But it still turns it over a little slow.

Put it in came with a good charge and starts the bike right up will definitely get one again in a few years when it dies. Have let the bike sit for about 2 weeks and without being on a tender started right up. We will see how long it lasts.

Installed this in my 2010 FJR1300 and it fit well. It spins the motor over without problem even in sub-40 degree weather with the bike stored outside under carport (yes I ride when its that cold). Can't speak to the longevity as I have only had it for a couple of months, but so far so good!

Was looking to replace battery in my 2007 Yamaha FJR1300. Went to auto parts store and tgat was a bust. Ordered this battery on Amazon and it was a perfect match!

Great fir on my Roadstar Warrior. The terminal were slightly smaller than the previous battery but that was not a problem at all. Bike cranks and starts great. Call me a happy customer.
