Good quality, nice design and comfortable
It looks very nice. Solid and comfortable.Assembly is very easy and straightforward. It took me (1 person) 20 min to finish. I think it will be much easier with 2 people. It is comfortable with lumbar support. The back is high where headrest is at right position where my head can rest on it (I am 5'11") . Armrests are at right positions. No complaints.I do find it is little higher than my old chair even at lowest position setting. Even at lowest position my knees are is not at 90 degree. They are over 90 degree. As personal preference, I am low position person. I has a little footstool, which solve the issue. The material is man made leatherette, and felt like leatherette. It does has little bit material smell. I am fine with it, but if it bother you, you can leave it in open areas for few days.

Big disappointment
You will not be disappointed with this chair. Very easy to assemble. Comfortable, breathes well and rolls well on the carpet. When I originally wrote this review, I was very happy with it. One year later this is what my chair looks like. Had I known the seam would split like this after just one year of use I would never have bought it. I am still searching to see if there is a manufacturer warranty, but have not found one yet. I welcome an email from the manufacturer to rectify my situation. Other than the seam splitting, it is a comfortable chair.

Above average chair, some minor issues
From a far the chair looks great. Up close you can tell that the engineering, construction, and quality control is not top notch. For example the little covers that are used to go in the screw holes don't fit. One of them doesn't fit at all in my chair and keeps falling out. Also the packaging is bare minimum so there are a number of small dings all over the chair. The back 'leather' has a pretty bad one and nearly ripped in transit. All that said it's relatively easy to assemble and comfortable. Good chair but not worth $160.

Top notch
I got the brown version. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Looks really good. Lumbar support pillows: Some people complained that the pillows for the back and shoulders are not thick enough. They are right, but they have a zipper on the back of each pillow, so you add pillow stuffing to adjust to your comfort level. They are also removable. Also I wanted a chair that had raising arms. This fit the bill. I added a seat cushion just to add to the lifespan of the material. I think it will hold up pretty well. Time will tell. At under $100, it is of high value, low cost ratio for me.I might get another for my wife or company office later.

Not Worth The Price
I have 7 offices over 100 employees and this is one of those that I decided to try on a recommendation. Shipping came quickly or as expected. Assembly was the worst and it's due to lack of quality control at the manufacturer level. The holes did not aligned and it required muscling with two people to get it tightly on. The paint on the arms already flaked with several use of the arm motion. The leather is thin and I expect it to chip within a year. I think you would have better luck at a Staples, Office Depot, or Office Max for the price and quality. Also the plastic caps to cover the screw holes do not fit and falls off constantly. This is a bust and I would not recommend Vanbow chairs from this one time experience. I'm pretty sure not all chairs come out of the manufacture plant this poor quality, but I definitely got a dud. Vanbow if you are willing to make this right message me and I'll send you pictures of the flaws. They need to pick a different manufacturer or have better quality control measures to prevent customers from get this low quality. I would rate this chair under $50 for the quality.

The Lottery Chair
Hello Amazon Fellows,It is my first review in here but I felt that I had to write a comment about this chair...This Chair is to me "The Lottery Chair". I bought two of those in two different times of my life. The first time, the chair was amazing, highly functional and comfy. The second time however, it didn't feel the same. The angle of the chair was different, the Flip up Arms didn't have the softness of the previous one, and finally it just broke after two years. Yes, I am a tall man (6.3) but still... I would advise you to be careful guys and gals when you buy it, yes it can be a great chair but it can be a huge disappointment too. The Lottery chair will decide...Cheers

Pay Attention to the Seat Height
Pay attention to the seat height on this chair. For me it was too tall, there is only a 2 inch stated height range on this chair. My feet just barley reach the ground and I'm 5'6" an average height. Also, I did not find the lumbar support comfortable after sitting in it for only about 10 minutes my low back started to hurt. It felt like my sacrum was being jammed by the chair. As a chiropractor I do know what I'm talking about. For a taller person this chair may be good.I'm changing my review to a 5 because my 6'1" husband thinks the chair is great and is quite comfortable. This chair is still uncomfortable for me but it's apparently built for a taller person than my 5'6". I suggest finding a chair that is a comfortable height for you then look for a chair that is capable of sitting at that height to avoid the disappointment I experienced.
