Is it for testing the% of oxygen in water, right? Can I use it for fish farming unit?

Hi, I use it to check Dissolved Oxygen in the water for fish as well as for brewing compost teas.

Does this unit log more than one reading at a time? (Or do you need to write down each reading as you go?)

Unit does not log readings...you must write down and then continue on.

Can I use this device to measure dissolved oxygen in a water solution with 1% sacarose?

Sorry, I use my meter in rivers and ponds. No idea otherwise.
