not working
when i switch on after a 3 or 5 mins i hear a little 'pop' sound and its stop heating and the led upgrade have stop working. Only the power button light on.

Poor Product! Keeps shutting off
I’ve only had this heat press for 2 1/2 months and it’s shutting off after being on for a few seconds! I’ve spent close to $300 and should not be experiencing these problems and so soon.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
The mug press was broken when we opened the box, the temperature box for the heat press won't stay in the holding sleeve.
