Replacement Audio Cable with in-Line Mic Remote Volume Control Compatible with Bose QC25, QC35, QC35II, QuietComfort 25 35 Headphones, Audio Cord Compatible with Samsung Galaxy Huawei Android

For my QC35, I decided I wanted a longer cord with an in-line mic.I had recently busted my gaming headset and while waiting for the warranty replacement to come in. I decided to plug in my Bose headset, to utterly be disappointed at the stock audio cable because of it's length and lack of a microphone. The alternative was Bluetooth, but that made me lose the edge on the big major gaming titles.This cable made me forget that I busted my nearly the same price gaming headset. It was able to bring the amazing features I like on my QC35 for listening to music or zoning ambient noise out; into the gaming environment. The in-line microphone is tricky when ever the mic side is being covered. Otherwise it makes for a good substitute if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on an expensive headset.Don't expect the in-line mic to be a studio quality microphone, because it's not; but it does enable you to communicate with other people.

I got this cable to allow myself to use my Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headphones with my Xbox controller. This cable works perfectly for it. The headphones themselves aren't the greatest for gaming but in my case I'd prefer to have an extra cable than two pairs of headphones; it's a perfect solution for casual gamers.

I ordered this cable to create the flexibility of controlling the volume on my phone without needing to touch my phone, especially when working out. I could not tell from the picture that it had different connectors (I didn’t look closely enough),, and apparently didn't read the description fully, which is my error. It clearly says" 3.5mm and 2.5mm" connectors. Sighhh... Unfortunately, I cannot rate this item properly because I am unable to test its performance. I don't have anything with a 2.5 mm connector to connect to.Here's what I can speak to:Shipping: Excellent. I have prime (which has not been relevant lately, as things have been delivered late & at varying times). However, with this product it came as promised by the time stated. 1 Day.Packaging: Excellent. The cable was in a protective plastic inside the shipping plastic. It was wrapped neatly and had a plastic protector on both ends.Quality: Great: No tangle cord looks well made & of lasting material. Typical plastic buttons for volume. Male/Female attachments are sturdy and secure.REMINDER:I cannot speak to functionality, therefore my opinion is based on the look of the item only regarding quality.Performance: Unknown - Unable to Rate5 Star Review: Why? My philosophy: If the error was on me, I will NOT rate against the product & decrease the overall rating where I was complicit or solely responsible for negatively impacting my own experience. My error obstructed my ability to truly test or benefit from the item. Therefore, I lean to the conservative in my ratings and give the most positive rating that I can. My expectation checklist, outside of actually experiencing the product, was met; therefore, 5 Stars.I'll eat the cost on this one, rather than sending it back.

I bought these to replace the broken cable on some Bose SoundTrue AE2's that I got for free. I've had them for a few years and the ear muffs and headband deteriorated. I replaced that for $30. Then the wire broke. I had no idea these were SoundTrue AE's because I didn't find the tiny print inside the ear piece until recently. Regardless, this wire did not fit. I didn't feel like sending it back because I can buy new headphones for the $41 I've spent fixing this thing.However, I didn't give up. I drilled out the port and now the cables now fit perfectly. The lead that goes into the headphones don't match as these are wired for Apple, but the sound works, the volume now works on Android (it didn't with the original), and the mic works. It even works the same on my laptop. I couldn't be happier.So, if you have Bose SoundTrue AE2's that you don't mind scuffing up a little, a little bit of drilling can make these work. Also, I'm docking a star because this is what showed up when I searched for Bose replacement cable, yet it wasn't immediately obvious that this wasn't for my Bose headphones. Although, I should probably blame Bose for making things unnecessarily complicated.

Works great, Bose cannot connect to PS5 with blue tooth and the cable that comes with my Bose is to small and doesn't have a mic on it, haven't tried the mic yet

I've ordered multiple of these cords over the last year due to my cat eating the cord. However, this time with proper precautions of not leaving it out and keeping it safe the audio cuts out of one ear. The cord is not damaged, no visible wires showing and rough handing is not the case. Just not sure if it's a malfunction in the cord or a defective item, but it's definitely an issue with repeating this purchase in the future.

Purchased this cable as a replacement. It worked very well for a couple weeks but all of a sudden people could not hear me on virtual meetings / gaming. The Mic just stopped working. Now I have to get another cable.

I got this to use my Bose QC II with the PS5, very satisfied. Audio and mic both work good, cable itself is good quality and I would recommend.
