$$$ Tonsil vs. $ Ear
Tonsil Stone Removal Tool w/ LED Light vs. Ear Pick Wax Remover Curette Earpick Green with LED LightFirst of all these things work awesome - just take your time and work slowly with a good mirror. The water syringe is an added bonus for the smaller debris and too works awesome. Now for the reality check between the two LED units, one is outrageously expensive and the other is not. I bought them both as a study and to my basic knowledge, they appear to be from the same manufacturer. I just wanted to share this.

Light works great but worried about the tips falling off and falling ...
Light works great but worried about the tips falling off and falling down my throat. Isn't secure enough. Also very rough edges, scratches my tonsils. Wish they had a softer tip.

A great tool, especially with the built in light
A great tool, especially with the built in light. My only complaint is that the attachments, while made out of plastic, hurt my tonsils even when I use care. Besides that, it's great and I recommend it to anyone who suffers from tonsil stones.

Cheap plastic and poor design
This product is absolute garbage for actually pulling the tonsil stones out. The scoops do not have enough of an angle to grip the stone and actually pull it out. The tweezer tool is even more useless than the two scoops. The entire product is made of ultra cheap plastic and is not even held together by anything, it can fall apart when you take the back storage cap off.I bought a WaterPik water flosser to clear out my stones and that works wonderfully, worth the $60 investment. This "tool" has been reduced to a flashlight for me to position my WaterPik correctly in the tonsil crypt to flush the stones out. This tool is garbage and you will regret wasting your money on it.

LOVE THIS TOOL!
I LOVE the Tonsil Stone Removal Tool w/LED! I used it today and it was so simple I can't believe I didn't invent it first! I've been picking my tonsils for years with long-handled cotton swabs - which are hard to come by. I'd hold a flashlight in one hand, a swab in the other while balancing a magnification mirror between my knees. No more! This little tool is wonderful!

Too small, not worth what we spent.
It is not as functional as I believed it would be. My right tonsil has stayed permanengly enlarged since catching Mono two years ago. I had recurring symptoms for 6 months before we went in and discovered it was Mono.Anyway, when I tried to use this to get tonsil stones out, the heads were too small and sharp to really get the amount of pressure needed. And the whole tool was too short to reach behind the swollen tonsil where I needed it.Thankfully I didn't spend a ton of money on it, but it wasn't worth the money.

Finally no gagging!
Okay I have to admit I was leery about this. I've recently started developing tonsil stones at 33 years old and they creep me out. I thought I had one at first and it turned out I had three sort of hanging out in the pockets of my tonsil that I couldn't see until I shone a light down mu throat out of curiosity one day. I tried everything to get them out. Cotton swabs, my own fingers, a toothbrush, the flat end of a dental pick... I gagged every single time. I could not touch the side of my tonsils with any of these things or I would just gag and make myself sick. Then I took a chance on this tool and I'm so glad I did. I was able to touch the side of my tonsils without gagging easily, the light is also handy because I had been using the flashlight on my cell phone, previously. Cannot recommend enough!

Cheap but Works
Cheap quality and VERY short requiring me to shove most of my hand in my mouth to work it. It works but it is far from medical instrument quality.
