French Country White Iron Fireplace Screen

I see you want to mount it in your bedroom. Let me say this. If you are thinking of mounting it over the head of your bed as a decorative headboard mine measures 43 and 7/8 inches when all three panels inline / flat against the wall. Also and VERY IMPORTANT, it MUST BE mounted on at least 4 anchor spots WITHIN STUDS of the wall. This is very doable as it has numerous anchoring points throughout its structure. ALSO it CANNOT BE JUST GRAVITY RESTING ON SCREWS. It MUST BE MOUNTED WITH WRAPPED STEEL AROUND THE FRAME. WARNING : If this fell off the wall of your headboard and landed on your head while your were asleep it would cause anything from lacerations, loss of eye, loss of teeth, broken nose, internal head bleeding and or DEATH. Trust me on that, my primary occupation is healthcare.

If you're looking for a country French looking screen, this may be it. My only complaints are that it was on the short side as screens go, so it didn't cover my rather small fireplace opening, and the screen was stark white. It needs to be antiqued, or in my case I painted it a copper bronze. Very pretty, wrought iron heavy.

I was not disappointed - the screen is beautiful. The only downside is that there is nothing on the back of it to prevent embers from flying out the fire into the room. It is purely decorative, but offers no protection from a fire.

Just received this fireplace screen! It is even prettier than the picture! It really sets my fireplace off to perfection! Love love love it!

Perfect for Shabby Chic look, finished off my living room and covered a big blank hole. I do recommend it.

It is a pretty fireplace screen but is overpriced ! Make sure it is big enough for your opening. I bought a Celtic Knot fire screen. For my other fireplace and I like it better and it is much cheaper.
