Goodnight Max (Max and Ruby) Board book – February 1, 2000

My almost 3-year-old granddaughter is obsessed with Max and Ruby. I purchased this little book along with the Max and Ruby 14" plush dolls from Amazon.com to give her for her upcoming birthday. I will put a little doll blanket (or baby blanket) in with this so Max will have something to sleep with at night. My granddaughter is so into babydolls and books and this is a precious little book for her. She will be delighted!

My 8 month-old loves this book. He makes a little happy noise when we start reading it to him, and feels each texture in turn. And, as a parent, I find it more fun to read than the average baby board book. We had borrowed this from the library, and enjoyed it so much that I had to buy a copy of our own.

I purchased this book for my 2 year old son who is a huge Max and Ruby fan. This has become a new favorite book, he loves the different touch and feel items on almost all of the pages. It's also just a fun story about Max trying to get to bed. Such a great book for toddlers it's become a must before bed each night. I highly recommend it.

My grandson loves to watch Max and Ruby on tv. When I got this book for him, he was thrilled. He loves to touch the things on each page to feel the different textures. He would rather listen to the book than watch the tv show.

Very cute book - colorful pages - bought it for a one year old and he lovesthe tactile pages.

We love Max! Max was a favorite of my children when they were young and now I give his stories to other families with young children. Never grow up Max!

Product seemed to be packaged correctly - protected with bubble packing material. But, it was in terrible shape and several pages were bent. It was to be a small Christmas stocking stuffer for my son and there was no time to replace it through a reorder. So, I sent it back for a prompt refund - which Amazon did efficiently.

We've had this book for about a month now, and we read it at least 4 times a day (once or twice before nap and before bed, plus a few extra times). Hands down, this is my two-year old daughter's all time favorite book so far.
