Size is an issue
Nice top but the size is an issue, i bought small i am 6'1 and 75 kilos and is a bit lose, the chest area is completely lose, i will use it and see but not happy.

Sauna shirt
This shirt is very good, if you ask me the truth I will tell you, however, everybody is different, I read one brief that said he started to sweat as soon as he put it on, I didnt , however, it didn't take long as soon as I was working out I started to sweat and sweat I did, it's a good shirt to keep the sweat flowing and it will make you lose weight. I've been using it a week and I've lost 5 pounds soon would say to whoever, but it, on yeah while I'm here, get the corset as well made by the same people, it's good rest assured you want to lose weight by sweating then get them and sweat you will, I recommend them.

Workout ready
Got this for my friend who’s a gym freak. Fits really well which is good as I wasn’t sure about the sizing. It’s comfortable, a little thick than expected but it doesn’t hinder your movement. The only downside that my friend mentioned was that it tends to rid up if not tucked it to his bottoms and he doesn’t like tucking it as it then feels bulky round his waist but overall really good. Sweated a lot more than usual doing his work out and said it was easy to wash.

This works brilliantly
I bought this, to help me sweat / work off more calories during my workouts and bike rides. It’s basically the top-half of a wet suit - a very similar material - and it works very well. I normally work up a decent sweat working out, but it pours off me when I’m wearing this! It is much more successful than I had expected and - alongside a calorie-defecit diet - has helped me to finally shift some weight.It is also easy to take off, unlike normal underarmour-style shirts, as it doesn’t stick to you. You can also throw it in the washing machine with other kit and it dries nice and quickly. I made need to get another one so I always have one available each day!
