Great cat entertainment!
I bought this to replace Oscar's existing cat tree as it had become frayed and tatty. He loves it! Material on the platform sections is nice and soft. The variety of colours available was great so I was able to choose one that matched my room decor. Sisal ropes on the posts are good quality. Wall bracket ensures stability which is important as Oscar swings around it and launches himself onto it- it takes quite a beating! I also liked the adhesive pad to secure the bracket as I didn't want screw holes in my wall. Assembly took quite a bit longer than expected. You have to work out which parts fit the space you have available and the height of your room so there's a bit of trial and error involved. I had one post and one basket left over in the end but this is good as they'll do for spares. The top section that secures the post to the ceiling is a bit fiddly but once in place feels sturdy and secure. I would suggest when building this that you trust your instincts and use the instruction sheet as a guide. Initially, I tried to make mine look the exact same as the one in the picture and followed the instructions to the letter but every room/space is different- choose/arrange the parts to suit your cat and your environment best. Just make sure you screw everything up tightly and check it periodically to ensure it stays rigid. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this cat tree, it looks impressive and seems good quality. It is more expensive than the one it replaced but I'm hoping it will be more durable, it certainly seems to be. Oscar certainly enjoys it, he is thoroughly entertained- as am I just watching him!Edit: the sticky pad came away from the wall within days despite it feeling strongly bonded, I'm disappointed. Oscar is a small cat so it's not like it was overloaded! I've now screwed it to the wall to secure it which is fine, it is now completely solid but I was reluctant to have to make holes in my wall. I was lucky to be home when this happened, had I been out the whole thing would have come crashing down and caused damage. I've knocked a star off to reflect this. My last cat tree had a spring loaded top section to secure it to the ceiling, there was no need for a wall bracket. The top part of this one will not secure it tightly enough on it's own, you will definitely need to use the wall bracket. However, I'd avoid the sticky pad and use the screws if I were you!

Overall good but I may have receive wrong set
I have a floor to ceiling height of 93 inches. The unit I received seems to be longer and I had to figure out how to fit the pieces into that height. I ended up not using some of the important parts like the topmost platform and the stabilizing plate on top. I wish there was more option with the pieces to be able to properly get the required height without the need for tools

My cat loves this tree
I have had this product for 10 months now, my cat really loves it, he uses it constantly, flying up and down, choosing which level bed he wants! It was not particularly easy to assemble and I would recommend always screw it to the wall. Mine is also screwed to the ceiling. It wobbles when my 6kg cat runs up and down it but does not worry him. The fur fabric has survived so far. The sisel rope settled and slipped a bit. I bought some rope and glued it in place, see photo three. I would recommend this product even for larger cats. The hammocks support his weight no problem.

Highly Disappointed
I was not happy with this product at all. It was cheaply made and all the brown covering came off all over my new carpeted floor. It said it would fit my ceiling but it didn't and it wasn't that sturdy. Cheaply made, I'd say it's worth around £20/£30 not £60. Returning this item. Would not recommend, espacially if you have big cats like me.

flimsy
Very flimsy even if fixed on the wall. My cat vehemently disliked its flimsiness, I would return it if he didn't do his nails on the lower bit.

OK, but not worth the price
Fiddly to assemble, loosens when cat scratches post or climbs on it and it's not very stable even if you drill the bracket to the wall (the adhesive block is useless!)Cheap fabric covers that shed and leave fluff everywhere.

The cat loves it.
Instant hit with the furry faced one. Because of the ceiling height I left one of the sections out but that was no problem. Very easy to put together. It does need tightened up every few days but that’s just because he goes nuts on it and shakes it about, very easy to do.
