Great strength and great price
Supplement strength for the price is fantastic. Great packaging and goes down well.Hard to tell whats a placebo and what is working with supplements but I bought these more as a preventative measure as my new gym routine is heavy on the joints. No issues so far and all feeling good!Also worth mentioning that there is a lot of research out there on the benefits of omega 3 on cognitive function so that was an added bonus to the purchase.

They are large
They might be good but they are very big capusules which I cannot swallow. I’ve tried cutting them and mixing with lemon etc but too fiddly so a waste of money for me
