Excellent rod
This rod is very nice, but I did purchase it for $36bux new. It is 24 carbon vs the newest out there of 30+ but i use this over many rods I have that are in the $150 range. You can't beat it for the price and the sensitivity and weight is very nice. Pair it with a 2000 or 3000 reel and your good to go for bass all day. It also has a great backbone for setting the hook while texas rig worm or jig

Great rod in this price range!
I love the light action and feel of this rod. For the price, I can’t complain. Plus, I have a silver and green spinning reel on it that looks “money”. I would definitely recommend for a solid mid range rod.

Excellent value!
I purchased the 7 foot medium heavy rod for pond bass fishing. It a extremely sensitive for a heavier rod and very light weight. I am very satisfied and plan on purchasing several more.

Broke in half on 4th time using it
It worked great at first and I really liked the rod, but on my 4th trip to the lake, the rod snapped clean in half while I was casting it! I was just casting a quarter ounce shakeyhead with a worm on it, and that somehow caused it to snap. Can’t return because it’s been more than 30 days. I’m hoping it was just a defected rod and would really like a replacement to give it another shot because it felt good in my hands and I liked using it until it broke.

unreliable
used this rod five times, the largest eyelet broke in half, while reeling in a redfish. upon close inspection, I noticed all the eyelets becoming corroded. Disappointing since it was advertised that it had "Stainless steel guides with titanium oxide inserts".
