The Pranayama bolster is designed specifically for Pranayama breathing exercise. The Pranayama yoga bolster is a long, narrow bolster; it provides perfect support for deeper breathing, but can be used in many other yoga postures. This bolster is placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing.
