Bought a new CR750 dashcam before 2 weeks. But No support received even after 2 weeks from Crosstour support for GPS Viewing software. Appreciate the supplier to coordinate and advise.After a number of frequent attempts they sent me a zip file telling it is the GPS software which I could not open ever. I wrote about the same to supplier but got no reply.After 4 months of purchase and fights it stopped working. I have raised this complaint to amazon but received no response neither from amazon nor the supplier. I lost my money. Amazon also has responsibility in this to get it repaired or replace it. From my experience it is a bad product and to be de-listed from Amazon and stop cheating the customers.RegardsDominicsavio [email protected]

Not so good product , no motion detection , we need to bang the car for motion detection.I bought this for the reason scratching my car. No benefit

After using multiple Dashcams including one from Garmin (also very good), the CROSSTOUR actually stand out. It is a bit larger as it is installed Vertically (instead of horizontal), however, it can easily be hiddne behind the Rear View mirror. The suction cup DOES WORK, it holds on to the glass very well. On the X5, where I have this installed, the lighter-powered cord is long enough to be hidden around the glass moldings and into the lighter socket. The light power connector comes with an extra USB socket, this can be used as an extra charging point.The installation is easy, takes less than 15 minutes to install and hide the cord.My recommendation for improvements:1- The manual is good (for a Chinese company) I would rate this good, not the best, but good.2- The memory capacity is set at 32GB SD Class 10. I was hoping this can be at least 64GB or up to 128GB. Do not use a cheap SD --> you do not want the SD to fail during a collision. And believe me, bad things usually happens at the worst time possible. Get a good branded TF SD memory - Again "Class 10"For the price, it is definitely worth the money.

I recently started commuting over an hour 1 way and decided that a dash cam would be a good investment. When I started using this camera the daily temperature was over 100 degrees and I was worried that it would be too hot and overheat but it stood up to the heat for the entire day in the car. The images this cam produces are pretty awesome, much better than I expected and could easily identify a vehicle if there were a crash. I had an issue with my memory card filling up too quickly at first and was told that I should change the "G sensor" to a less sensitive setting or off if I don't think I need it. The G sensor basically keeps recordings from being deleted if it feels what it detects to be a crash. I had mine too sensitive and was filling up the memory card as opposed to recording over information when full. I only have a 16gb memory card which has been sufficient after I solved my problem but I think a 32gb memory card or bigger would be best. The speedometer and the GPS are very accurate also, I typed the coordinates at the bottom of one of my videos into Google and it was spot on where I was. I also like the motion detection feature because you can leave the camera on while you are away and it will detect if someone tries to look into your windows or runs into your car while you are parked. I was able to use this out of the box without reading the instructions so that was also a plus.

I bought this product in mid-July 2018 and it worked fine for three weeks; then suddenly, it started randomly turning off/on without me touching anything. I tried disconnecting it from the power source, restarting the device, resetting the device, connecting it to the battery, removing the SD card, and doing a hard restore. Unfortunately, none of these things worked. It would still randomly turn off/on, thus making it unusable. Fortunately, it was still within 30 days of purchase, so I was able to return it for a full refund.Apart from that issue, it worked really well. The picture was very clear and it worked during nighttime. The angle is really wide and you can clearly see the roadway in front of you, and the passengers behind you in your car. Maybe I just got a defective device.3/5 Star for fantastic product, with defect

As far as dashcams goes, you can't go wrong with this GPS dashcam. It is reasonably priced and preforms its job about as well as you expect it to. What puts it above cheaper dashcams is its ease of use and functionality. Nowadays, it is crucial to have a dashcam and not having one puts you at a disadvantage when getting into accidents. The rear view camera is decent. However, the resolution from it is half the quality of the front. This is ok, since you don't need a rear view as much as the front. I had a very hard time getting license plates from the rear view camera because the resolution was so bad.Overall, I am very satisfied with this dashcam.

Day time recording is perfect. However the issue is at night. I bought this camera for ridesharing purposes and the quality at night is horrible. You need additional ir lighting to obtain a good quality night time video. Overall if it were for day time only I’d be ok with it but since I need for interior night time driving for when I’m ridesharing I’m giving it 2starz.
