My oil co usually replaces my air handler filters but they didn't bring any filters when they did my service this time. I went online and purchased these filters based on how clean they will keep the air. The cheap filters we removed from the air handlers were filthy! I am glad we upgraded to a better quality filter. Worth paying a little more.

I feel these filters really help clean the air. I write the date I install them and the date I want to replace them on the filter so I can always know where I am in the cycle. I replace them every three months unless my dog is shedding and then I replace them more often.

Works and fits perfectly in my HVAC system. Not sure how well it filters, but will see when Spring comes as I have horrible allergies around that time. No issues when installing it either and came packaged nicely.

My house is 110 years old and is ALWAYS dusty. Also, I have horrible allergies, so I am very sensitive to air quality. We have air filters in every room and also installed these filters. They make a good difference! They do need replacing fairly often, but that only means they are collecting the dust that is sucked up. These help improve indoor air quality by removing dust and other things that you really shouldn't be breathing in anyway.

I will start this review with this statement: Prior to utilizing this Filtrete Filter I had to dust every day. I have dark furniture and I could see a dusty white film (like talcum powder on my furniture) it was a pain dusting all the time. A friend told me about Filtrete Filters.I'm so happy that I learned about the Filtrete Filter because of the superior job that it does to filter out particles thus protecting my HVAC system providing optimal airflow in my HVAC system too. The Filtrete Filter technology is impressive!I can't say it enough, this filter is awesome! As soon as this filter was installed I noticed the level of dust diminished dramatically to the point where I don't have to dust daily and I can go longer than a week without dusting. I'm sneezing less and furniture looks great. My Plasma TV is a dust magnet, upon utilizing the Filtrete Filter I immediately noticed the talc like film was no more, wow!

This air filter performed well in a comparison video I watched. Considering this air filter cleans the air inside my home, I consider this filter a good value for the air quality that my family breathes. These filters feel like a quality product and have no doubt they are keeping the air in my home much cleaner than the budget filters I was using before. I use these as a cheap emergency replacement for HEPA filters: when stacked in series two of these 1" filters reduce the 0.3 micron particles 50-fold (98% arrest, verified with a calibrated particle counter). The 12" size is relatively standard , and fits into standard housings. These Filtretes are odour-free, unlike costly HEPA filters from certain supplies (e.g. IQAir). Now, I wish they costed less (hence 4 stars).

Filter as a whole is a good product. However I received it damaged as the pics indicate. It will likely still function okay but it is disappointing I got it in such bad condition. It appeared to be damaged prior to it being placed in shipping box. I don’t think it was worth the time to send it back, I can live with it. Hope they are more careful next time.

I love these filersThey keep our cat hair at bay and you can actually notice a difference in the smell ion the air after a day- fresher, and its a furnace filter!Not overly cheap, but a great product delivered to my door

Excellent product. Very little dust in the house now. Merv 14 extra reassuring specially with this covid-19 growing around. Makes for a feeling of fresh air in the house.
