Apple iPhone XS, US Version, 256GB, Space Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

From the seller, nothing but great things to say.. The phone came in better than expected condition (bought it refurbished). It has all the features of a brand new phone, and looks great. The battery was at a solid 90%+, and the storage capacity is incredible. The OLED screen and surround sound speakers are amazing, and it plays movies with seamless and movie theater quality. It stays connected permanently, and the wireless charging is very convenient. It has many unlocking options and safety features, a good screen size which is large enough without being too big, and is waterproof-rated well. The only gripe I have is with the phone battery - it seems to deplete rather quickly, but I do watch movies and play games on it, which tend to do that with any phone. Overall, it's a great phone, and I would highly recommend the model.

DO NOT BUY ! I only saw good reviews before purchasing.. hopefully you see this review BEFORE that ... You are guaranteed issues if you buy this phone. Not only did I have almost every issue the bad reviews are saying but after I returned this phone , I waited over a week AFTER the phone was delivered back to even hear back & when I did they addressed me about a passcode in which i wrote down on a paper and included in the box on the phone although there was no possible way to remove the code as every time i reset the phone it did nothing but re power over and over again. They said they need the code before I can get a refund.. Obviously I sent it however my point is why didnI wait over a week after delivery just for you all to not inspect the box? Remind you the phone was returned with a brand new case Lol I deserve some grace for that gift if anything, no? So this phone did not function properly at all. it did not unlock properly after set up.. it did not even set up properly to begin with i mean straight out of the box the phone kept turning off .. the battery wouldnt charge and when it did , it kept dying in MINUTES!. I returned this phone within a day of receiving it. 0/10 Would NOT recommend

I took a shot and went ahead and bought this. Glad I did. No scratches, looks brand new. Battery was at 97% capacity. Very happy!

Update: I upgraded my rating to three stars even though I sent the phone back because after contacting the seller, they offered to reimburse me for a new battery. And the seller was nice about it. But the phone was still not as advertised and after having a similar experience with Best Buy, it caused me frustration. And I would have been the one responsible for getting that battery, sending them the receipt and trusting them to reimburse me. I would have rather sent it back to them for them to fix the issue.Parts of the Original: My new renewed phone was advertised as “Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.” It was an iPhone XS 256gb.THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE PHONE I PAID $196 for HAD A BATTERY WITH 77% HEALTH. SO NO, IT’S NOT $196; IT’S MORE LIKE $296.AMAZON IS NO BETTER THAN BESTBUY, advertising one thing and giving you another totally different thing. THEN THEY EXPECT YOU TO SAY “oh it’s okay, I will just spend $100 for a new battery, no worries.”It’s RIDICULOUS. I will delete this review and apologize if MOBILE SUPPLY makes this right.(They did make it right but it was too little too late. Am leaving the less angry parts of the review to warn others. I would probably buy from them again; and they are better than Best Buy.)
