The Martin Adult Triple Wrist Coach features three window compartments to hold and remember your play calls.  Great for communication between players and coaches.

Great use for emergency contacts
I don't play football but this does come in handy for mountain biking. Sure, I could order a smaller ID bracelet but I have made great lengths after my last bike accident to make sure that I have all of my emergency contact information visible on my wrist just in case of an emergency. I was able to make a photo copy of my driver's license as well and stick in within the plastic window of the sleeve. Again, seconds matter when you're in an emergency especially when you are injured and unable to speak. Instead of the EMT's scrambling and fumbling around your body to look for some sort of ID, why not just have everything they need to see right on your wrist? Believe me, if you take it from me, it will save your life.

Great for use during workouts!
As a Group Fitness Instructor, I often switch up my routines to keep the workouts interesting! I used to have a notebook that I’d write all of my workouts in, which kind of became inconvenient during classes. I now use this sleeve to help with that! I laminate the standard 3x5 index cards and insert them inside the sleeve. During a transition, I can just peep down at my wrist instead of running where my notebook was! Great investment!

Victory is mine
I play in a flag football league and was tired of getting blown out as my team is quite bad. I purchased these, made some plays, and passed them out on game day. What a difference! These are decent quality, cheap enough to afford one for each player and will give your team a real advantage. I will buy more if I lose some of these and ill tell you we have actually won a few games now that we are some what organized.

so it might not be a bad idea to laminate your play card
The velcro can be a bit stingy, but after wearing it for a few practices, it's definitely easier to open, but never comes loose on its own. It does take some swear into the compartment that touches your arm, so it might not be a bad idea to laminate your play card. But, to be fair, I'm giant (6'6", 375lbs, play left tackle), and I wear elbow sleeves as well, so I probably sweat more than usual.

simply because it seemed like moisture would likely get thru easily
Fits standard 3x5 index cards. I laminated my plays before putting them in here, simply because it seemed like moisture would likely get thru easily. Not great quality, but good enough for my Jr high team.

Great for the gym too!!
I purchased this to help while working out! Sure, it's mainly used for sports but how awesome to have your workouts on your wrist? This helped me because my workouts are thought out by my trainer and delivered to me. Instead of reaching for my phone every time I completed a set, I can now just look at my wrist. Great option for my workout style and everything was delivered in a timely fashion thanks to Amazon Prime!

See plays on your wrist!
I coach youth flag football and these do a great job. They are cheap and hold up to stinky teenagers. I have washed them in the washing machine many times and they still work. Just make sure you dry on low heat or you might warp ruin the plastic. They are a bit big for some of the smaller kids, but they hold almost a 3x5 card worth of plays so I think it is about right.

good enough 3 panel
3 panels 2.75" by 5 inch window. Single stitching around window. Probably not as sturdy as the X200 or the underarmour models which have the double stitching. On the plus side each panel has plastic on either side which will keep sweat and water off the plays. For Six bucks, not bad.
