Biotone is a great massage medium. First time I've tried the lotion and it's great to work with Would recommend. Great price
1. Apply a small amount of lotion to your hands warm it up. 2. Gently massage the onto skin, using long, smooth strokes in direction muscle. 3. For deeper penetration, use circular motions or apply more pressure as needed. 4. Reapply necessary maintain glide and workability throughout session.
