Hummingbird Feeder with Perch - Hand Blown Glass - 38 Fluid Ounces Hummingbird Nectar Capacity Include Hanging Wires and Moat Hook(Orange)

I bought this hummingbird feeder quite some time ago, and 1) it's gorgeous and 2) the hummingbirds love it! I have a bunch of hummingbirds that come to my feeder now, and it's so lovely to see these large-bug-sized creatures twitter around the feeder, and occasionally be jerks to other hummingbirds when they're being territorial about the feeder. Ahh, nature.....I was having an issue with the rubber gasket; after maybe 8-9 months of use? It would start leaking sugar water everywhere.....aaaaand I just read other reviews and saw that a lot of other customers have been having the same issue. So I guess I'm not special after all. Hmph.Well, anyway, I reached out to customer service and asked if I could get a replacement bottom for my feeder, and lo and behold! They said they would ship one out to me.Two months later, the bottom started leaking again, and I realized I never got the replacement! So I reached back out to customer service and they said "hey, yo, here's proof we had one delivered to your house two months ago" and I was all "welllll I didn't get it so may be it got picked up by porchpiratescouldihaveanotheroneprettyplease?" and they were all "yeah sure okay" and I had a shiny new bottom to my feeder two days later.So, I guess maybe the quality isn't the best with the rubber gasket or something? But the quality of the rest of the product, and definitely the quality of customer service, are top-notch.

Looks awesome on the porch. Attracts lots of hummers. Wash it when you get it and you might think you will need 3 hands to fill it but just put a coffee cup in the sink then put the feeder "globe" upside down in the coffee cup then put a funnel in the "globe" and fill it up. Then screw the bottom on and you're good to go. You can make your own sugar water solution. Just 1 cup of sugar to 4 cups of water. I took an empty Orange Juice plastic jug and measured 5 cups of water into it and made a "fill to here mark". Thereafter I just put 1 cup of sugar into it and stick it under the tap and fill up to the line put the cap on shake it up and good to go! Wash the pieces each time you refill to prevent bacteria from growing in the feeder.

These feeders are really lovely on my patio. They attract lots of hummingbirds and hold plenty of nectar. They are very easy to clean, easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning. Just a caution. Make sure you let the nectar cool thoroughly before pouring into the feeders. I cracked one, when the nectar was too hot.

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered several of this style of humming bird feeder, the newest in 2021. EVERY feeder has the beautiful and colorful decorative glass, with a red plastic bottom and a gray metal feeder and EVERY gray metal feeder port and top has rusted. This is a huge disappointment. Of course I ordered this feeder for the "look" and I do understand that hummingbirds don't prefer glass over plastic. The hummingbirds don't gravitate to one feeder more than any other so obviously I ordered based on outdoor decor. Anyway, I would love to find plastic replacement feeding ports but haven't been able to so I sent the attached photos (not necessarily for this feeder) to my brother to see if he can fabricate replacements as I do want to continue to use these feeders. I do find that the birds like the perch ledge that goes the entire way around the feeder and that is why I am hoping this feeder port top that was metal can be fabricated as plastic. I don't feel as though it's "safe" or "sanitary" to use this feeder for feeding hummingbirds.The seller reached out to me after I posted this review. They replaced the bases of the hummingbird feeders with plastic replacement bases they sell on Amazon. The bases work and obviously won't rust. I would still hesitate buying these unless they are now sold with 100% plastic bases.

This is our second one of these. They last about two years keeping them out through the warmer days of winter in the Pacific Northwest. After that they start to leak and the wasps then start to fly around the feeder. They are quite pretty hanging and the hummingbirds seem to love them. I think they are cheap enough to buy new every 2-3 years. But if you want something to last indefinitely try a different design.

The hummingbird feeder is very well made with thick glass including the hole for hanger. Heavy and thick enough that it withstands my country livin winds. It’s Easy to assemble & clean with a baby bottle brush. I have so many hummers that I have to clean and refill it every other day! The colors have not faded at all. The hummingbirds love this one the best out of 5 feeders. It even attracts Baltimore Orioles trying to drink from it. Buy one ya won’t be disappointed!

We thought this would be a great feeder but, it leaks quite a bit. We have quit using it because it's a major ant attractor.
