It's quite hi-dose tablet even taking a single one creates sleepy state of mind! So consume with care, and it effective within 30mins of consuming it.Update after months of usage: Many of reviews might be for the company giving it for free even I got it for free ! However trust me the tablet is potent and I can't describe the depth of sleep I get even after stressful day.Timing:So unlike other sleep tablets melatonin is a sleep regulating hormone,it works in strange manner when I consumed 30 mins before sleep I felt sleepy entire day ! So what I would suggest is to consume it in late afternoon or early evening for its best impact in good night sleep.

Maybe there are quality problems or the dosage is too high. I felt a bit weird like hot the next day. There are better brands like Life Essentials which are expensive, although I didn't get any side effects by those.
