Case does what i'ts supposed to just not aesthetically pleasing
The case gives great protection from what i can tell so far, its sturdy and worth it if you like to keep your phones in tip top shape as I do. Heres what I don't like about it that i feel cant really affect the rating: the finger print scanner circle is very visible in fact so visible that its kind of annoying to look at since you just see a big circle in the middle of your phone all the time, plus the screen protector itself on the case has little dots on it (i assume to help with the digitizer of the phone read touch better) and the finger print circle is more prominent due to that. the other thing i dislike but is to be expected in probably every case is the muffling of music being played. The Note 10+ uses sound on display technology meaning it has a built in speaker that resonates through the back/front of the phone and while playing it vibrates the back of the case a lot. having a case on this phone at all i assume you would run into this same issue, but since its a full coverage case I'm sure it soaks up the vibrations a little more causing it to be further muffled. Lastly its good to note that the case screen protector is not solid or glass but more like a thin reinforced film, meaning it has some give in it, I'm not sure how much it would protect the screen outside of scratches, I definitely wouldn't want to be dropping it on its face onto rocks or anything like that.All in all its a good sturdy case that seems like it will protect the phone no matter what you put it through as far as corner drops, dropping it flat back or dropping it on the screen on a flat surface. cant fault the case but i have my own issues with it. those of you who do not care about these issues should for sure buy this case.

You have to remove the pre-installed screen protector that Samsung pre-installed
The Galaxy Note 10 plus comes with a pre-installed screen protector, did not know this, in order for the fingerprint unlock to work, you have to remove that screen protector for it to work properly, when you have two screen protectors, it will not read your fingerprint, once removed, it works very well, but the cover does cover the bottom speaker and it muffled the sound of your music, but it a good Protector for your investment.

Doesn't work properly
Upon receiving the case I installed my phone and right away I was having trouble with the finger print reader so I followed the instructions and I put one of those little sticky finger print circles over where my fingerprint would go and it worked half the time followed the instructions and everything and I didn't like the noticeable circle on my phone when the screens black after spending $1200 on a phone I shouldn't need a finger print circle on my screen! I took it off and decided to use face recognition, that didnt work either! I thought maybe I didnt log my face in correctly but as soon as I took my phone out of the case it would work everytime. So I was like great, now I have to use a unlock code so after all that my father called and I could barely hear him so I was like hey is you hands free headset messing up again and he was like idk so I called a few more people and couldn't barely hear them so when I took the case off I could hear some much louder and clearer! This case looked great and installed nice and I really was hoping I had no issues but after those three described problems I'm going to try to return it. Nice construction but doesnt work with key features on my phone and the worst this is I have to take it out of my case everytime I need to talk to someone and they makes more chances of me dropping it and breaking it and now all the cases I passed up to get this one has gone up in price!!

Good for protection but some major cons
Overall the case is solid. I like that it protects the back of the phone (while displaying the back) AND also the front of the phone.However, there are two major flaws with this case.One is that you can't use the first fingerprint reader, which is super annoying. I don't like using face recognition so I end up having to type in passwords for everything.The second major con is that it blocks our the sound. Even at the highest volume, it's hard to talk on the phone on speaker or watch videos on speaker because the case muffles the sound.These are two major cons so I'll have to find something else.

Case will protect but it has some cons you might not be willing to overlook
Pros.This case is pretty solid i do believe it will protect my phone well if dropped, i also like that it has a cover for the S Pen slot because with my note 9 the old case protect my phone. But the pen would fly out if dropped. It does come with a sticker of some sort for the inscreen fingerprint sensor but i haven't put it on yetCons.This is only a slight con but i did take a star off for it, when you use the S Pen with this case itdoes not feel smooth it has a rubbery feel and there is a little bit of resistance when writing which conserns me about the tip wearing out faster.**UPDATE**the pen works much smoother after cleaning the screen but more issues arise such as the finger print sticker not working it was just a selling tactic for them. Also the buttons are very hard to push and this case having a screen protector does hinder the sound quality a lot with both watching videos and also hearing phone calls clearly but on the other hand there are no other cases at this time that will protect your phone well without a screen protector, and protect your S pen from falling out if dropped so I might be cutting out the screen protect like others have

Finger print reader
The fingerprint reader doesn't work while case is attached to phone. The case is a great asset to the phone to protect, but the reader doesn't work at all
