This is a product I use every night. I wouldn't be without it. It's a quality supplement and a healthy alternative.

I got these for my husband and he reports more frequently sleeping through the night, without a morning-after groggy feeling.

One cap an hour before bed and I'm able to rest at night, and still be able to respond to my dogs if they need to go out during the night. I awaken without any residual side effects.

Something in the ingredients causes excessive dreams.

I was super excited to try this since it included other vitamins, BUT I think it may have too much B-12 for me because it keeps me up. Unfortunately these didn’t work for me.

this item does not work. I had to order the plain melatonin without all the extra ingredients. It balances itself out. Some peeps need just the melatonin without all the added vitamins. I am disappointed I couldn't return. I went ahead and ordered the plain melatonin and decided this one has to go back. But I cant return.

I've been using this for three years! Works if you take it nightly for two - three weeks.

The one I received has 3mg melatonin immediate release, not the 1.5 immediate release and 1.5 delayed release melatonin as shown here. So what I got is not the same formula, so watch out.
