I have two of these mug warmers. One at my desk at work and a second at my desk at home. I've been using both of them for about 2 months and they're still going strong.I got these mug warmers because I drink very slowly and always ended up with cold coffee and tea, especially when working or playing games. But now, no more cold coffee and tea!Pros:* No more cold coffee and tea!* Keeps drinks at a nice warm, drinkable temperature* Looks nice on my desks* Auto on/off by weight so I don't have to worry about it* Rewarms room temperature drinks (not its purpose and takes some time)Cons:* No real cons, but if I haven't finished my drink and I'm leaving work, I have to remember to take off the mug, so it doesn't burn overnight (this has happened once. nothing bad happened. the coffee just burned in the mug.)

I hate to give negative reviews. And, I wanted to give it 1 star but felt like being generous with 2. This just didn't work to keep my coffee hot, or even warm for that matter. It didn't work as intended. It did heat up. My unit was not defective in any noticeable way. It just didn't work as it should have. I still had to get up repeatedly to heat up my coffee in the microwave.

My mother In law bought me one as a funny gift. Little did she know this is now my most used office accessory. I constantly freeze in the winter so having a hot cup of coffee or tea all through my day is essential. This keeps my drinks a perfect temperature and never have to worry about them even becoming slightly chilled. I had to buy myself one for next to my bed.

Very nice looking and works great. It is a larger surface than i was expecting but I think it is perfect, will fit your larger mugs. I think it was a little pricey but definitely good quality and attractive.

my partner loved it so much for its gravity sensor, no fire hazard. looks clean and the temperature isn't high which is good enough as a warmer.

I like this product a lot. It looks nice, modern compared to my old one. I also like the blue on indication light. That said, I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't keep a large mug of tea hot enough until the last quarter left in the mug, then it's really hot.

Does not heat well. Quit working after a couple of weeks. Would not turn on unless I pushed down on the cup every time. Even full cups. Returning.

Did not warm contents at all. Not even close. What a waste of ~$26 since i'm out of my return window. I ordered to replace the one that died, but since I'm doing Invisalign I wasn't able to test it out until I recently got my trays off. So partially my fault - should of tested it out before the 30 days.
