Its work. But better if use with BetaAlanine, CreatineMonohydrate, CreatineHydrochloride, Glutamine powder. Or with Serious Mass. Or + GHRP2 - 2UI three times a day (as soon as woke up, immediately after a workout and before bedtime - only 2 hours after eating and for 20 minutes before a meal for 4-6 weeks. Also in itself not training days. Stabbing abdominal part. Good result for mass! No side effects.
